In terms of the room, it was very nice and clean. There were enough amenities for our stay, very good for staying with family. Beds were comfortable and overall, the experience was very nice. The location is very nice, short walk from multiple train stations allowing us ease in our holiday. For the price, it is very very worth it, I would recommend.I would say that check in was a little difficult as we had never done the check in with the tablet before. Also bins are rarely emptied and overfilled often.

The room was very spacious and clean, so I was very satisfied. Since it is an unmanned operating system, it is best to expect little service.The location is not bad for getting around as there are several stations within 500 meters, but it is not a good place for sightseeing as it is a residential area with nothing around. However, there is an inexpensive supermarket for local residents right next to it, which is very useful.

Highly recommended! And there is a supermarket next door, there are also supermarkets within a five-minute walk, and there are at least three railway stations within a fifteen-minute walk, which is quite convenient.Our room has a washing machine, simple kitchen and kitchenwareThe nearby environment is quiet and simple, with not much traffic, and the sidewalks and pedestrian environment are friendly and safe.It is said to be a newly built hotel in 2023

Very clean and nice hotel. our room was large with 4 beds, toilet, shower and washing machine. There was a dining table and a small kitchen. Good blackout curtains. You can check in via an Ipad at the reception and use a code to enter the room.Very good location, quiet and pleasant with good restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

This hotel is a bit far from JR Tokyo Station, but it's conveniently close to several subway stations. It's actually an apartment-style accommodation with a dining area, a mini kitchen, and, importantly, a laundry machine. Plus, there's a supermarket (2 levels) right across from the hotel. Additionally, USB-A plugs are available in the room.

The Minn Hotel in Nihonbashi was fantastic. Perfect for a small apartment / Family experience when traveling to Japan. Located in just a few minutes walk from various stations and close to a lot of fantastic local food it was easy to get all around the Tokyo Metro Area. The room was spacious enough to sleep 4 comfortably and the amenities were fantastic.Complete sets of cookware and utensils as well as a small range, toster oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as laundry in the room. There isn't much contact with the staff after checking in and there's no type of "room service" but that's fine. I prefer to be left alone during my stays unless I need something.The Japanese style shower was amazing and the effortless checkout was great. It was almost sad to leave. Highest Marks.

Excellent place to stay while visiting Japan for the first time! The rooms are very new and built very well with great in-room features and amenities. It was a relief to come back to after a long day of walking and sight seeing. They even went above and beyond to send my left behind AirPods to a friend when I realized I left them in my room after check out. This is about a 5-10 min walk from a few metro stations that made getting around the city very easy. At night the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It’s also across the street from a grocery store! I will definitely have Minn on my short list of hotels when I visit Japan next!

Presented like brand new.Spotlessly clean in all areas.Good quality bedding and linen.Well equipped.Great location with 3 stations/lines within 5-10 mins walking distance.Surprisingly quiet streets at night time.Very spacious by Japanese standards.Not a fan of the contactless check in. Struggled to do initial check check in via reservation number and eventually had to do through the 'Cloud reception' who also struggled to find my reservation.Suggest a few English signs for simple things like the A/C remote control and washing machine buttons.Suggest a clothes drying rack in each room. The combo washer/dryers are all horrible and just steam your clothes when drying them and then leave them all wrinkled.

Comfortable place to stay especially for a family!! Lots of space, clean, really close to a supermarket, (which if you are a tourist, go to supermarket instead, it is considerably cheaper!) the stations do require some walking but only 10minutes max and theres 2 stations that easily accessible to the hotel!

I have to say that it might not be for everyone, who are not familiar with remote check-in.Having said that, the stay itself was a absolutely pleasant one.Room was spacious, quiet, a new mart super close.The only difficulty was that the room door was a bit heavy.Thanks to my parents’ stay here, I got the chance to know the area.Although I’ve been living in 東日本橋 area for the past half a year, this area looks new to me.They were very pleased with the stay and would like to come again if they would come visit again!

Simple, but modern apartment, very functional and well connected (taking into account what that means in Tokyo: having subway/train stations nearby, knowing that wherever you go it will be far away), as well as quiet and out of crowds, without be isolated.We booked a six-seater apartment for three people, from April 12 to 17, and the option was a very good idea. It gives relief.We had a washer-dryer (without instructions and with buttons only in Japanese, but we asked for it to be explained to us in English and a person came instantly). Of course, no one warned us that we have to turn on the hot water at the door of the bathroom/shower cubicle, but we discovered it for ourselves.We tried a couple of good restaurants nearby that only appear in Japanese on Google maps: one right on the corner of Kyoeikai and Bakurocho Yokoyamacho Nishi-Dori streets and another Kobe restaurant on the first floor right above another pork restaurant ("La Boucherie Gouton "), entering through some stairs next door, with the head chef explaining everything to you at your own table and manipulating the meat on the "barbecue".In addition, several supermarkets (I especially liked the one on the same street Bakurocho Yokoyamacho Nishi-Dori almost reaching Yoyama-Cho Ohdori street for its assortment, price and late closing time at 11:00 p.m.), 7-eleven, Family Mart , etc.I have read reviews about how check-in works through the reception tablet screen, but the truth is that it was simple and immediate without any problem.The only thing that would improve is that you can leave your suitcases in the space provided at reception (when we were there it could not be used), but it is easy to remedy by taking them to the lockers of the most convenient station on the day of departure).But, in short, a very good option.

Great apartment-style hotel. Nothing too fancy, but lots of room. No staff on site to greet you, it’s a remote check in via iPad (provided on site) which was a unique experience. There’s enough food options in the area, but still a little ways from the busy streets of the tourist areas. Our room came with a washer/dryer combo and a full bath. 30-40 min from Shibuya/Shinjuku by train. Would consider this place again on my next visit.
