I've known it since I was a child. However, when I visited for the first time last summer, I heard that there are bungalows on the premises, but due to the coronavirus situation, there are no overnight stays, and it seems that only day camps are available.Overall, the good points are that the staff's customer service is calm and good, and they are polite on the phone. Conscientious. Thanks to you, we can have a comfortable and enjoyable time. The toilets, water areas, and other facilities are well-cleaned and have a high reputation. It's a little-known spot, and the river is incredibly beautiful. Adults can also go back to their childhood and enjoy playing in the water and fishing while listening to the sounds of cicadas. There are also places where children can play in the river. It's also a good place to play in a canoe or a small boat (?). A great spot for BBQ.Pets are allowed. The downside is that if you have luggage, you may not be able to go down smoothly from the parking lot to the riverbank, so it takes a lot of effort, and on top of that, the climb up and down is steep and can be slippery, so be careful. The current of the river is fast and there are places where it is deep, so if you are visiting with children, please be careful as if you abandon them, they may drown. Perhaps it's because the buildings (administrative building, bungalows, etc.) are old, but there were some bees flying around the parking lot, and I was told there were horseflies and leeches that could hurt your hands and feet, so you need to be careful. Also, the toilets are clean, but Japanese-style toilets have a pumping system, and Western-style toilets have a simple flush system, so people who are used to flush toilets such as washlets may not like them.

I used it for a day trip in May 2024.First, I called to see if they were open, and I was immediately excited by the very kind information I received. The parking lot is spacious and the restrooms are clean. There are two exits to the riverbank, and it takes about 1 minute to reach the riverbed from either of them. It wasn't a steep slope and even a 5-year-old child was able to get down it without any problems. When I visited, the river was calm and clear, and I was able to enjoy swimming in the river.Another person wrote that it was a rapid, but I think it was after the rain.We bought firewood for 600 yen, started a bonfire, and ate hot sandwiches. The riverbed here is covered with large trees, which block direct sunlight and make it comfortable. The staff members were also very pleasant and I would definitely like to visit again.

I went there during the 3-day holiday in the first half of Golden Week in April, but I didn't do it...I couldn't find that information anywhere, so I went there and was disappointed. I hurriedly looked for another place, but this place was the best. . . . . .

I visit the river almost every year. The road to the river is steep and difficult to get to, but it's a good place. There are some areas where the current is fast, so please never leave your eyes unattended by families and small children. I once helped a child who was about to sink. I'm not a good swimmer either, so I desperately tried to save him using a float. The child I rescued went back to his family as if nothing had happened, but if I hadn't noticed, it would have definitely led to an accident. Of course, the family doesn't know about it.

Stairs to the river? In fact, it's a one minute walk down an unpaved road. The current of the river is super fast, so rather than playing in the river for little kids, it might be better for older brothers and sisters to play on their boards.I got bitten by leeches on both feet in the parking lot, so I think it's a good idea to wear covered shoes. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable using the hotel.

As per my experience, I do not recommend this when you go with an older like 70’s. The flow of the river is too strong. From the parking lot you have to go down to the river that it might be slippery because of mud.

It's empty and quite a hidden gem. Please be careful as the river has many fast flowing parts. It's a gentle place to play, but some areas are about 1.5m deep, so please keep an eye on your children. The toilet was clean and very nice. I also thought it was a good idea that dogs were allowed. If you are not careful, your hands and feet will be damaged by leeches and horseflies, so be careful. I highly recommend it as it can be enjoyed by both adults and children.
