If you are looking for cost-effective accommodation, rather than going here, pay more and go somewhere better.The smell of naphthalene dehumidifier comes into the room.There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom drain, so I always had to close the bathroom door (even if I closed it, the smell got worse).There are a lot of ants on the floor and lizards running up the walls.Overall, the facilities are outdated, old, and dirty. (Here, I’m just thankful that my skin endured the bath even without a shower filter.)And the blog reviews saying that the breakfast was delicious.. hehe.I hope you have more delicious and good experiences.Please absolutely do not go here!!!!

Ideal location, the hosts are unparalleled kindness, the breakfast is good in quantity and excellent, good wifi.The only small complaint would be regarding the cleanliness of the room and the noise of the scooters, but I spent 2 weeks here and everything was perfect. I recommend 200%

This house has everything. Breakfast is worth it and the 3rd floor has a nice view. Everything else is not so good.The owner couple is friendly, but they don't do any work. The room is not cleaned every day.There is so much dust that my child is allergic to it...You have to ask for a towel. They don’t give it well.Very humid. So, if you leave the air conditioner on, the owner turns it off.I did not use shampoo or body wash. It just looks like you don't want to press it. LOL.And instead of paying for the room in the middle, pay it when you leave after eating the last breakfast. On the last morning, when I came for breakfast, they paid me for the room and asked me to bring them towels, so they told me to come down and get them. Hahaha.I never want to go again.ㅜㅜ

This room has not been cleaned at all.Serious and shockingThis is my first review since I was born.I stayed there for two days before moving to the hotel.They don't clean the room and they just come into the room and turn off the air conditioner. I asked about breakfast because they said they wouldn't give me breakfast when I left on the last day.I was shocked again when I saw that they were pretending not to win.I had to use water several times due to problems with the shower head.

The room is very spacious and has big bathroom. Water pressure is good being on the 3rd floor. The hosts are really accommodating and lovely. Free breakfast is also good. Location is pretty central, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and massage parlors.Relaxing to watch their garden and fishpond.

My husband and I have stayed here 2 years in a row now, this year being a long-term stay. We really enjoy our time here - the family is very kind and accommodating. They even have 2 cute dogs. The room is very cozy and has all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoy the balcony and city view. Breakfast is very tasty and there are several options. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Ubud! 🙏🏼🤍

My wife and so stayed at Kubu Taman for 3 weeks and loved it. The family here were so hospitable, and made us feel very welcome. The bed was very comfortable and big, the AC worked great in the hot weather, and the breakfast each morning was delicious!

Very spacious room (16-25m2), air cond., wifi, hot/cold shower, nice balcony, big windows with lota of sun and fresh air.
Very friendly and helpful owner. You can rent also a scooter from them with 70k rp only, a taxi to Denpasar airport of 300k. Good breakfast.

It feels a bit old, but the owner couple maintains it neatly. Motorcycles and chicken noises are not a problem if you bring earplugs. The location is great, the view is great, and the breakfast is delicious. When I look at the smiling faces of the owners, I think I should smile like that too.

Central location, very friendly staff. Quite noisy at dawn because there are many roosters in the area… very poor cleaning, the bathroom with a lot of humidity and mold… I recommend paying a little more and having better conditions…

It's close to downtown and cheap, so it's a good value for money accommodation! Breakfast of above average quality for the price is also included. However, it may be difficult for those who are light sleepers because the chickens crow so much from early in the morning. The room itself was okay, but it smelled a bit like a sewer in the bathroom, and they didn't clean the room. Also, it was disappointing in terms of service that they asked me to leave earlier than the original check-out time because I had a next reservation. I don't know if this is the case in all rooms, but the room I used did not have a hair dryer, refrigerator, or safe.

Such a lovely family homestay! The rooms are clean, big and have a good aircon. Everybody was willing to help us at any time. You can rent scooters, book tours and ask for recommendations. Perfect place if you are looking for an affordable homestay.

We stayed at this Homestay for 4 days. They are the sweetest, kindest and most heartily family. The location is right next to the main road and you can reach many things by walking. Next to the stay are really good small warungs. The family happily helped us out with scooters and evening activities. One evening they even invited us to drink arak with them and talk about life. We had an amazing time staying here. Big Thanks to the Kubu Tamans 🙏🏽

Good location, standard of the room was good and host very nice and helpful. The reason I do only 4/5 is that the bathroom was not clean up to my expectation. Overall good place to stay for a few night. I can recommend👍

I loved the view from my room! .. Ayu was very friendly and ready to help, the homestay location is very good and close to ubud center and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast served was very good and room was pretty good at it's price range.Would come back for sure, recommended 👌🏻

Pros:1. Good location2. The pleasant and smiling people who own the guesthouse always helped us3. Great breakfast4. Clean roomsOf the minuses:1. It’s noisy from the road, which is very close (if you take earplugs with you, this is no longer a problem)2. Sometimes there was a smell of dampness or a smell from the sewer, after airing everything was ok3. Very soft mattresses, you just sink in, so if you have back problems, think about it

First place I stayed when I arrived in Bali...Ayu and her family are just lovely and so welcoming!The room was huge, clean, confortable and Ayu and her family were really present to make their best to make me feel confortable at their place.Also, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, even the tea break... Lovely.I absolutely recommend to stay at their place !!Suksma Ayu, I wish you the best and will see you soon :)

The rooms are comfortable, and clean. Get breakfast and welcome drink. Good homestay. The only drawback is that there is no parking space.
