This hotel is well suited for a short vacation. The service and reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and wine are really tasty and recommended. The place isn't exactly a burner, but other places can be reached quickly by car.

Hotel is about 5 minutes from the train station. We wanted a bit of wellness on the way home, so we came across the hotel. Unfortunately there was an immediate disappointment that there was a women's sauna on Thursday, which unfortunately wasn't on booking.com, otherwise we would never have gone there. Although the sauna was always empty throughout the day, people were not allowed to enter when asked. Pool water is icy. The smell in the swimming pool wasn't exactly good. Swimming pool itself very nicely designed. Apparently there even used to be a hot tub. So I would put more love into it, then it would be a wonderful spa.Nice room, half of the sockets didn't work. One room had no soap, which wasn't that dramatic for us since we had two. Extremely loud people walking outside at night is something you wouldn't have expected from a small town.Everything is more like you would expect from 3 stars. The breakfast was also more of a 3 star standard. Staff rather listless, except when checking out, they were very friendly and let us use the swimming pool and sauna, so at least we could still enjoy a little bit.

The staff is always helpful, friendly but completely understaffed and overwhelmed.Swimming pool max 23 degrees... you shouldn't heat it any more... sauna not in use.Room unclean and visible defects (ceiling light and lamps don't work, shower broken, floor dirty, no base cabinets...)Breakfast is ok...if you come early, you can get something warm....Eating in the restaurant...you can eat, no special cuisine.Very nice location for hikes in the vines, but in the middle of the aircraft flight path and right next to the train...A disaster for dog owners. We don't need it again!Definitely NOT a four star hotel!!
