Very good hotel in the center of ubud. Helpful staff, always present, always smiling, very efficient and friendly. It was very clean, which is not always the case. We recommend it!

An absolute gem of a hotel in the centre of Ubud. We stayed here for 10 days with our extended family while we visited the region. The hosts made us feel very much at home and the location was very practical for popping out to do shopping, yoga etc.

Nestled in the back of the Ubud city center with humming birds greeting you in the morning on your balcony it is the perfect accomodation. I did stay for 12 days and saw tourists come and go while I felt like I was home in 5A.Having my tea in the morning on the spacious balcony and enjoying the scenery. Spacious bathroom with all you need even hair dryer.Take a swimm in the pool at 4pm after walking the spectacular rice fields or shopping in Ubud.Nice table with chair and the bed and linnen were sprakly clean and comfortable.Look no further if you want to stay in a calm relaxed beautiful accomodation only a 2 minute walk away from all the main streets with excellent value foryour money.The staff are very friendly and clean the room whenever you feel like it.Perfect for a short and long stay in Ubud.

Very poorly maintained room, shower head completely calcified. Close doors. Not good, air conditioning display not readable. Really not recommended.

I stayed here for my last 2 nights in Ubud. I made a quick reservation and went there, and I was really satisfied. It was a room-only room without breakfast, and the room was very clean and well-maintained overall. Very good value for money.And it's really only 1-2 minutes down an alley from the center, so it's the best location. If you walk just 1-2 minutes after hanging out in the center, you can find a quiet accommodation. And the staff who guided me were so nice... I was so thankful for their thoughtfulness and kindness in waiting for me even though my check-out was delayed by about 30 minutes on the last day. I was satisfied with the cost-effective location and service! Oh, and use the rooftop space. I was busy so I couldn't enjoy it, but the open view is quite nice :-)

Location is greatIt’s very close to Utbud’s main street.Because it is inside an alley, it is quiet and good for rest.I also like traveling.The condition of the room is good, and the door and interior have a Balinese feel, which is even better.The bed was very big and the mattress was comfortable, so I had a great sleep.There were almost no mosquitoes, and ants were occasionally seen.Breakfast is delicious. It was full and plentiful.The staff was very friendly and comfortable during the 3 nights and 4 days.The Wi-Fi worked well, so I was able to connect well to take classes via Zoom.A large family of 11 people went and stayed in 5 rooms and 3 types of rooms.All rooms were nice and clean.Even after using the faucet filter for 3 days, the color did not change much.I thought it would be nice to stay in the studio room on the 3rd floor for a month^^If I go to Ubud again, I will definitely choose Sampara Ubud again.

Sampara Ubud is your perfect chill-out spot right in the heart of Ubud. It’s tranquil here, yet you’re just steps away from all the action. The bed is super comfy, and the bathroom is big and clean. There’s a beautiful garden in front of the room. I’ll stay here again in the future.

I had a pleasant time at Sampara Ubud.Highlights:1) Great balcony, very cozy pool, useful amenities provided in the room such as kettle, tea/coffee, 2 bottles of water, fridge, cupboard, hangers, and toiletries.2) There is a table/chair in the room and breakfast table + chairs in the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The shower has hot & cold water.3) The AC is very helpful, but if you come during peak heat season, you will find that the AC is not enough but that's everywhere in Bali. You will really enjoy sitting in the balcony and having a lush green view and view of the pool.What can be improved:1) WiFi was a complete mess during my 5 day stay. Though the staff tried to fix it multiple times, it kept breaking. The staff was apologetic about it and it seems like the issue was beyond their control. Due to the severe inconvenience to me, I was expecting them to offer a discount on my total room rent however they could only provide me with a free bottle of water.2) breakfast is not included in the room price unlike all other properties in the vicinity. It would have been great to get breakfast in the amazing balcony.3) The property is a 2-3 min walk from inside the main road, but the alleyway is well lit so it will not be a problem even at night.4) The property should allow self-serve water refill instead of buying new bottles everytime5) The property offers costly prices for taxis and tours. I got much better deal via Klook & Grab.
