The service here was definitely better and, above all, friendlier. I am aware that good staff is rare and expensive, but at least you can be a little more considerate of sick (regular) guests. After all, I didn't choose this.In order to drink from a toothbrush cup or eat from a cardboard bowl, I have to travel very far around the world or come to Soibelmanns in Groß-Gerau. Mercifully, I was warm and still received cutlery after a lengthy explanation and request.I've been booking here for years and even try to book directly, not via portals, but today I'm really wondering why? At almost 120 euros a night, we'll think twice about next time...

Very inconspicuous at first glance, but everything inside is chic. The staff is very friendly and nice. The breakfast is very good. If something was out of stock, it was restocked immediately. You cannot have dinner on Sundays. But you will definitely find something in GroßGerau. The rooms are perfectly fine for us except for the carpet and the shower. Both could be changed. But that's complaining at a high level. Perfect for one night and parking for the entire 3 weeks. We paid €219.

I can only rate the restaurant. A normal hamburger with fries for €14.90 is actually a normal price, but then the burger should also have the appropriate quality or finesse, unfortunately this was not the case. In addition, the cheese was burnt and there was a bitter aftertaste. For the price, it's better to go to a specialized location because there is more choice and the quality is right.You shouldn't expect much from the ambience of the dining room. The coffee machine, the cash register and the paper dispenser in the toilet were broken that evening. We were able to pay for our meal at reception.

Really a good plan if you take a plane at Frankfurt Airport. There is a shuttle that will take you there and you can leave your car at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, very friendly staff and a good selection for breakfast and it is quiet, no TV or music to bombard you with noise. There is also a way to eat in the evening that we didn't know about, but it's good to know. The only negative point is the soundproofing of the rooms. Don't worry, getting to the airport is really convenient, and the driver was particularly friendly.

Ideal for the flight from Frankfurt Airport. Overnight stays with parking and shuttle service are offered. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, but that's okay. The breakfast buffet offers everything you could wish for. Motivated and very friendly service staff round off the experience.

Basic hotel. Looking awful from the outside, because it’s in an industrial area.But rooms are OK, and people in are nice and are doing all efforts to help, speak english, provide information etc.I read on reviews that breakfast was not that good, but I found it complete and very good.Maybe in summer there is more people around the service is not that good and there is issue with AC but for this stay in January it was all good.Especially for the price and for a 3star hotel of a global chain.

The staff is very friendly, especially at the reception.We used the hotel as part of Park, Sleep & Fly. The rooms are functional and clean, I would only replace the carpet with laminate, this is easier to clean and more hygienic. The breakfast is sufficient and fresh, there is everything your heart desires.The dinner menu isn't too big, you'll definitely find something appealing. Unfortunately, the portions are not enough to eat and the service was overwhelmed with a total of 6 guests. The Käsespätzle are not recommended at all (some kind of ready-made dish) and should definitely be removed from the menu. As a courtesy we were not charged for them.The transfer to and from the airport worked very well. We were very satisfied with the offer.

The street noise is too much. Refrigerated trucks drive past the hotel around the clock. Almost impossible to sleep. Typical hotel that no one wants!!!
