Strange and musty smell in the room, a long black hair in the sink that definitely wasn't mine, a loud local radio station for breakfast, etcBut the worst part is the garage, steep downhill, 90 degree curve and then extremely narrow and no spaces. Therefore, be sure to choose a parking garage nearby. Oh yes, I paid €15 for the sauna session, so I left it and I'm glad to be out of there. My conclusion determines me again 😩😩😩

It's an absolute struggle to even get to his room. You have to go to another hotel on the side street and get the room card there. We only found out about this from a neighbor and were therefore late for our event. The beds were very dirty (someone walked around with shoes on my mattress). But if you urgently need a place to sleep, better than on the street.

One of the worst hotel rooms I've ever had. The room smelled like a sewage treatment plant. Tiles in the shower in the bathroom were broken. The shower door doesn't close. The shower doesn't come off at the height you need. TV in the room is hanging at an angle. The change of bed linen and towels are brought by taxi without being packed, where everyone has their dirty suitcases transported. And if the hotel says that's not true. We have documented it and are considering contacting the health department. I cannot recommend the Hotel Römerhof to anyone.

We booked a standard double room, we got a bad joke!In the room there were 2 single beds on the right side of the wall, separated by a wide wall projection.There were 2 more doors in the room, behind one door was the shower, which you would have had to get into to open the door to the shower room, the room with the toilet and sink wasn't really any bigger.Smoking was allowed on the balcony, easily recognizable by the butts still in the ashtray.After a complaint at the reception in the Riesen, we were given a standard double room in the Riesen within less than 30 seconds.The new room could really be called a double room with a really nice bathroom.That saved our WE in Hanau!

Rooms very simple but clean, friendly staff and good breakfast.It's just a shame that the rooms are above a bar/disco, so you'll be pushed out of bed on weekends from midnight to 4 a.m. 🤣🤣But in itself satisfied for a short stay.

Currently no access to the hotel possible, parking €8, very simple room, bathroom from the 70s, shower doesn't drain, TV almost only regional channels, many channels no reception, TV hanging completely crooked, no chair in the room, just Cube seat

The place is comfortable, warm and has what is necessary with a private bathroom, I stay here every time I come to Hanau, but on this occasion my stay was longer so I had to stay 4 weeks, but I see with surprise that day by day they increase The value started at 50 euros per night and it is already at 63 euros, until they told me to increase it to €90, they should keep the clients that we pay for weeks, that we choose to choose them, in addition to the fact that they have been with the street workers for months who From very early on they start making noise with heavy machines. In the end I had to leave because it doesn't seem fair to pay such an obvious increase to a loyal customer.

There is a large construction site at the hotel location, which makes access difficult. At first I stood in front of locked doors, then I was able to find the right reception using a hint. The rooms should be renovated. The location is okay, good breakfast.

The cheapest in Hanau, but that's all, breakfast for 14 thousand euros in the neighboring hotel. Rooms are very simple and not really clean. Staff usually have no idea and you have to go to reception yourself to get new batteries in the remote control.

This time I took the train to Hanau, so I needed accommodation with public transport connections. The hotel (Garni) is about a 6-8 minute walk from the market and the 5-8 bus lines that stop there. Check-in is about 3 minutes away at another Trip Inn hotel. The way there is described on the door.The room on the 1st floor was not equipped with 2 single beds and a small balcony. The toilet and shower are housed separately in two cabins. After opening one door you stand directly in front of the shower door. There is a table and a chair on the balcony. The balcony is covered so that you are protected even when it rains. My request for an ashtray for the balcony was immediately granted and it was emptied and cleaned daily. A huge win for a smoker as you don't have to dress up and walk to smoke. The television is mini format. It is extremely positive that a kettle with free instant coffee is available. 2 x black, 2 x with milk, extra sugar. This is also supplemented daily.The room has 2 drawbacks: there is no trash can in the room, there is only a small cosmetic bin under the sink and the mattresses. They are very soft and my bed was sagging. Unfortunately, this gave me back problems.
