One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Reception, hallways and rooms dirty. The bathroom could not be used because there was still dirt from the previous person. Only the bed was clean. The outside lighting on the building and in the parking lot was also not turned on, so it was difficult to find it in the dark. There are four light switches in the room, but only one lamp?! However, the hotel seemed to be well occupied by Eastern European craftsmen. It wouldn't have bothered me if the room hadn't been so noisy.

You can hear that the airport is very close. The rooms are in a clean condition. The rooms are large and the ceiling height is also very high.The owner is very nice.Price performance is more than fair

The pictures speak for themselves. Elevator broken for months. Room not clean. Cobwebs in all corners of the room. Chairs in the rooms were all stained and worn. Tablecloths at breakfast were not changed despite being stained. The TV bathroom was a disaster. Shower cubicle was full of dirt. Asian receptionist was very nice. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel is dirty, the elevator is broken, the bedside lamp and socket are broken, the pillows and duvet are dirty. Bedding stinks. Cold shower at 6am. Breakfast with all dignity.

We have been staying at this hotel for some time. We are satisfied with the service, courtesy at the level. A beautiful park near the hotel, also sulfur very medicinal. Nature is beautiful.

Without words about this hotel. Staff can hardly be seen, rooms have old furnishings and a modern smell, bathrooms in the 70s/80s style and there is mold and dirty tiles in the grout in the shower. Definitely not highly recommended

We come from Cologne and wanted to check in there on Thursday (June 20, 2024). Then the gentleman at the reception looked at us and said that he didn't have any rooms left and that they were fully booked.We were very stinky, there was no sign of friendliness from the man.He just left us there, then we went out, then called my husband's sister, who called around and ended up finding something.We have already resigned ourselves to the fact that after our 80th birthday we will go back to Cologne late in the evening.I will never book and visit this hotel.

It is unreasonable to spend the night here.I'd rather sleep in the car or outside!Don't deserve a star!!Hygiene and cleanliness not available!Everything was very run down. There are stains everywhere on the carpet, the bathroom is dirty and rotten (that's why I couldn't shower/wash). The towels are stained and torn and have hair on them.The TV had a broken display (the slightest problem), the mattress was rotting (mattress protector not available). Bed sheets have many holes.The health department should take a look at this. The majority of reviews speak for this, I'm not the only one who feels this way.The elevator has been out of service for years and there are already thousands of cobwebs in it.There are parking spaces, even if no one comes.

Felt very very uncomfortable, room smelled like a basement. The bathroom was so bad that I was at a loss for words, I couldn't take a shower because it was so disgusting.P.SDear companies, put your employees somewhere else because you feel like garbage here.
