No signage from the stop. The front door didn't want to open for about 10 minutes while I was smoking, and the code didn't work either. The heating in the bathroom and in the room didn't want to turn on. There was also no bottle of water in the room, which is actually standard. In the so-called kitchen you couldn't make coffee or tea because there wasn't a single cup there. Sodastream couldn't be used either because the carbon dioxide was empty.All in all, not very exciting.

Cheap, quiet and small hotel, which is close to the subway station. Heddernheim has very good connections to the city center. There is also a Rewe for quick shopping a 2-minute walk away, and a little further a bakery, a kebab shop and a burger shop. About 500 meters from the hotel you come to the Nidda, where you can go running and cycling. The location is really great.The rooms are small, functional and clean. There are deductions for two points: On the one hand, only ARD and ZDF worked on television. All other channels (RTL, Pro7 etc.) were blocked, even though they were free. On the other hand, the water pressure when showering is far too low. So it's no fun going into the shower after a run. Both are, in my opinion, easy to fix, but would greatly increase your well-being.

For over 80€/night I would expect that the TV reception would work without any problems and that the shower in the bathroom would be tight. There was also no trash can in the room. We also had no WiFi reception in our room (the SSID was not displayed). The size of the room is relatively small, but fine for a few days.Cleanliness was okay.

Just outside of Frankfurt, but within walking distance of the subway. There are a few parking spaces available but a bit tight.Room was small but ok for one night.Unfortunately there was still trash from the previous guest in the bathroom.Receptionist super friendly! You wish you had service staff like that more often.Hotel is in a quiet location.Rewe around the corner.Completely sufficient for 1 or 2 nights.

We've been there many times. Very nice breakfast buffet, great rooms, always clean, could use some color in one or two corners, but a hotel where the price-performance ratio is absolutely good for Frankfurt standards. Staff always nice and attentive.

It is a very cute hotel. It is not close to the center but it is in a very quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the metro and with restaurants and shops very close. It does not have an elevator. It has a small kitchen where you can make coffee, tea and toast at any time and without paying extra. The bathroom in the room does not have a door, at least in the single room. Everything is very new and clean.

Definitely a clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are ok, a little smaller on the lower floors, more spacious upstairs. The hotel also has a sauna, which can be booked for €5 due to the increased energy prices. Parking spaces are available at and around the hotel. There is a Rewe market about 300m away. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes to take the S-Bahn or U-Bahn to Frankfurt Mitte. The breakfast and the breakfast room are very good.

Room was good and clean. A bit limited space at the desk. Unfortunately, the room was very noisy, so you could hear a lot of the noises in the hallway. Breakfast was also good. Very nicely decorated breakfast room and a good selection. The friendly and very attentive staff were very good.

In advance in brief:Location: Quietly located in a residential area. Nevertheless, a lot can be achieved quickly.Hotel: Nice, small hotel in an old building.Room: Simple, clean single room. Walls are rather noisy and there is no carpet. Bathroom was too small for me.Parking space: Available in the yard, but not for all guests.Service: Unfortunately, the reception is not always manned. Otherwise very nice and accommodating. Tea kitchen available. Rooms cleaned very neatly and cleanly every day.Detailed report:I was at Heddernheimer Hof shortly before the book fair. The quietly located hotel is located in the middle of Frankfurt's Heddernheim district. There is a pharmacy right around the corner and there is a supermarket one street further. There are several restaurants, pubs and snack bars within a radius of about 5 minutes on foot. The subway can also be reached quickly if you, for example, B. would like to go to the city center.The rather small, cute hotel was clean and has a flair similar to an old building. I hadn't booked breakfast, which is about an additional €10 per night. However, the price for the single room was below the average price, which is why it fits.The room was small and rather simply furnished (Ikea style). The floor is made of vinyl instead of carpet, the walls are rather thin, which contributes greatly to the soundproofing. Once two very strange visitors to the left were very loud and on the last evening we involuntarily listened to the loud telephone conversation of a foreign trade fair visitor.The bathroom is also small, which personally bothered me the most. There was hardly any room to move, the shower doors couldn't be closed completely and didn't open completely when opened and the sink was correspondingly small.The bed felt a bit too soft for me, as I'm rather tall, but I was able to sleep well, which was probably fine.The cleanliness was very good and the room was left tidy every day. No stains in the corners, everything tidy and no broken furniture. However, the wall mount for the TV could not be adjusted and was rather wobbly.Since I arrived on Sunday, the parking situation wasn't a problem. There are not enough private parking spaces provided, although there are still public parking spaces on the street at the rear. This was also pointed out in the booking confirmation.Which brings me to service. The reception is probably not staffed on weekends and evenings. During the day the service is very nice and accommodating. If you had any questions, you were helped immediately. Check-in on weekends is via door code, included in the booking confirmation. Check out was quick and carried out in a very friendly manner. For guests who have not booked breakfast, there are two tea kitchens in the house, where drinks, fruit, coffee and tea are offered, as well as toast with jam in the morning.Conclusion:If you have anything to do in the area around Heddernheim, you can book a nice hotel in a quiet location that offers the cheapest but also small rooms. Everything is within easy reach.

It is a quietly located hotel. The employees are super nice. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient. If you don't book this, you can make toast and drink coffee, tea or water at any time at no additional cost. There are not enough parking spaces for everyone. But very central. If you come in the evening and have a bit of patience in the city you will find something. You always come in with a code. The rooms are very clean, tidy and cozy. Great price for FFM. Subway not far. I always enjoy coming here for work and pleasure. Hotels like this are very rare. The nice ones could be a little harder. But that's a matter of taste. Keep it up.
