When you are greeted so nicely and find a great, clean room that you could sleep wonderfully in bed for a very small thaler, you leave the hotel with a smile on your face.Thanks to everyone who contributed.Of the approximately 100 overnight stays I had in hotels or accommodations last year, you were by far number ONE

We would like to thank the hotel staff. Very friendly staff, room clean, bed very comfortable. The room has new appliances, microwave, kettle, refrigerator. There are dishes. Everything is very convenient and functional.Wir danken dem Hotelpersonal. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer verfügt über neue saubere Geräte: Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank. Es gibt Geschirr. Alles ist sehr komfortabel und funktional.

The hotel has really run down over time. The bathroom is really clean and the bed is also very clean but the hotel is more of a craftsman's hotel. Proud price for such DL. People smoke in the room even though it is not allowed

I've been to the hotel twice. Because of the proximity to my client and the fact that I don't need breakfast, I booked the hotel. The location is rather bad for people who want to do something in the evening.I had now booked at the hotel again and specified an arrival time between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Shortly before the destination, at 7:31 p.m., I received information that the room had been canceled by the hotel, generously free of charge. When you're on the road all day for work and you're looking forward to a shower and some rest, that's the worst thing that can happen to you. If you want to alienate a new guest, fine, but a guest who was already in the house, I think that's extremely bad. Therefore, if someone wants to have a reliable hotel partnership, this is not recommended. I stay overnight a lot, have regular hotels and have maintained my attitude towards a hotel for over 30 years.I'm glad I booked through a platform because they suggested a solution to me and offered to cover additional costs of up to €25. The service from this platform was great. So I can only recommend booking via this platform or other platforms, it costs the hotels money, but it is their own fault if they treat guests like this.

Stayed there for a week. Room was not cleaned during the stay. Location is quite okay, just be ready it’s an industrial area next to the garbage separation station and there is no places to eat or get coffee in the area. But close to one of sbahn stations.

This was one of the most terrible experiences😡😡😡 we have booked 2 nights and in the second night our card didn’t work so we couldn’t open the door to enter the hotel one of guests opened the door for us and then the card won’t open the door to our room and one of the guests has the same problem and no one is in the reception and we’ve called them the whole night but no one has answered the phone and there is no emergency number so we had to spent the night in a chair in the reception and we couldn’t leave because our stuff are still in the room and we had no access to it.This was very terrible i really don’t recommend this hotel at all!!!!!

Highly recommended for short stays in the Frankfurt area due to the location (a few minutes walk to Offenbach-Ost train station).If you sleep with the window open in the summer, you unfortunately have to prepare yourself acoustically for airplanes and trains, but the hotel can't help that. The location is evaluated here.Microwave, kettle and small fridge in the room.Coffee machine in the foyer.Friendly employee at the reception.

Well, unbelievable impudence! The reception was unstaffed when I arrived just before 11pm. No message, no stored room card or anything similar. I was allowed to look for another place to stay that night. They have not yet refunded my money or even contacted me. Actually zero stars!!

Although it is not close to the town and the industrial estate where the hotel is located is noisy, the rooms are almost apartments, very well equipped and everything is clean.There is a garage on the lower floor to store the vehicle.Everything is reserved online, but from 3:00 p.m. there is friendly staff who will assist you upon arrival.

It was really great experience to stay in check-inn hotel. The hospitality was good. Staff is really helpful and nice. There are taxis available around via Uber if required. I definitely recommend this place.

I had an awful experience with check in of this hotel. I had to drive all day long this time and was able to come to a reservation desk at 23:07 (you have to figure out where to park and how to enter the facility). By my surprise, there were no anyone at the desk, nobody messaged or called me to let me get my room. In fact I was left on the street. Nobody cared about the service I purchased in this place.That's not how business is done in general and hospitality business in special.Awful place.
