The hotel located next to a drug addiction center and brothels. The rooms are dirty, one with pigeon droppings on the window glass, and a covid test under the mattress. The bathroom leaked water and in general the room had a lot to be desired...from the dirt we found up to 2 cockroaches running around. I do not recommend this place, unless they do a general cleaning...

Booked a double room. The most horrible hotel in all of Germany! No towels in the room (we had to get them at reception at night as there are no room telephones), no shampoos/shower gel available. Instead, broken furniture and used women's underwear on the closet (not ours!).This is how you imagine a brothel room for a quickie - unfortunately we booked wrong.Never again, the most disgusting thing we have ever encountered!Outside the door is the whorehouse and drug district. Keep any children/young people traveling with you away from here!

We booked the hotel in advance, on the website it was written that the reservation desk works 24 hours a day, but as it turned out, it is possible to check in only until 00:00 only at their place (the bus was late and they did not have time to be there on time, the room was paid in advance) (money is not returned) ) refused to check my mother because they had "rules" and she and her child went to sleep at the airport. Reading the comments, it is possible and good that they did not get there. Don't believe the photos from their website🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I think the hotel is not suitable for women and families. The street in front of the hotel is busy and very noisy. As a man, I had no sense of safety even on this street.

Negative points:- the sink is clogged so the water doesn't flow smoothly.- no double bed.- early check-in is charged 35 euro BUT A COMPLETE RECEIPT IS NOT PROVIDED. This means that these fees may not be official fees from the hotel.- located on a street that is dangerous and has lots of junkies. Even local taxi driver said that even local people rarely go to this street. No wonder I saw many police patrolling around.Positive points:- the price is relatively cheap compared to other hotels nearby.- the facilities are not luxurious, but are still quite okay and safe if your standard is not high and if it's only used for sleeping and storing things.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have to use it here.The hotel is located in the worst area of the city. Drug addicts sit and consume directly in front of the entrance and also in the entrance area itself.The room was very unclean and completely run down. The bathroom certainly hasn't been cleaned for months, there's mold everywhere, the shower is full of soap deposits, which have also started to get moldy.The mattress smelled of vomit, as well as stains at the head of the bed on the desk and the room table. The windows were extremely difficult to open. There was no smoke detector. Just the holder.The rooms are very noisy. Overall, the bathroom was the worst place and wasn't even cleaned, even though the cleaners were in the room and made up the beds. There were cigarette burns everywhere, even though smoking isn't actually allowed. The fan was broken and hummed so loudly that it was impossible to sleep.The elevator is used as a storage area by the cleaning staff so you often have to use the stairs.The elevator was also demolished and there were cigarette butts on the floor.There is a smell of urine in the very narrow entrance area of the hotel. In general, the entire street from the hotel smells of urine.The entrance door to the hotel is permanently open and has no access restrictions.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. There were only junkies and drunks around the hotel. As a woman, I was simply afraid and uncomfortable at all times. In the middle of the night a woman was banging on the doors, screaming and asking for money. It took forever for the person in charge to do something. I don't advise anyone to book a room here, even for one night.

This hotel is absolutely not recommended!!!We got there and got the room key for a room that still contained suitcases, leftover food, etc. After all the complaints, we were still assured that this room had been empty for two days. A heated phone call with the manager of the hotel brought us a cleaner who cleaned the room again. You still had to stick with it and always ask them to clean again. This was particularly true for the shower and the toilet. Everything okay so far. Once everything was sorted out, we noticed that the window couldn't be closed. We had Rambazamba on the street all night long from the crackies and a cloud of marijuana and piss smell. We locked the door twice and barricaded it with chairs for fear that someone would come in. In addition, a lady was out in the hotel in the middle of the night knocking on room doors and asking for change. The whole thing was absolutely worthless and absolutely not recommended. You had to be afraid to go out the whole time. This area is indescribable. Please find another hotel and don't make the same mistake as us.

So terrible, everything was dirty, so many flies and big spiders in the room and in the bathroom, the whole bathroom was under water because of the leaking toilet, but according to the workers that was apparently “normal”. everything was dirty loud and that was my worst experience. It's better to pay 10-20 euros more and look for a reasonable hotel. It's so terrible outside, just junkies people attacking you and just unsafe...

Budget hotel in the red zone of Frankfurt,
Drugs, prostitutes & drunks are plentiful on the street.
Hotel is quite safe, one block from the main train station.
Be sure to ask, if possible, for one of the rooms on the back.

Rooms were very poorly clean, bunches of hair were on the floor, staff was very difficult with ID cards, local residents were all drug addicts, never go there in your life.
