The worst experience of my life in terms of accommodation and services! There was no heating at all, it was raining outside and it was less than 8 degrees centigrade. We arrived late, in the evening between 10pm and 11pm after an 800km car journey, the windows were open in both the room and the bathroom. Crazy cold! We sent a message asking if it was possible to turn on the heating and if they would give us instructions on this (they said we could call or write via WhatsApp at any time), they replied that they would check. Result? We had to wear our winter jackets to try to sleep. Sleepless night due to the cold! In the morning the towels were still wet!!! The blankets were paper thin and summery. A towel used by the previous guest had been forgotten in the room, the sink was dirty and also with obvious traces of dripped soap and not cleaned before our arrival. The shower glass had soap and water streaks as if it had not been cleaned recently. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but after the first night we immediately repacked our bags and left!! The rooms are not soundproofed and therefore any other tenant who slammed the heavy entrance door of the building, even late at night, would disturb like a cannon shot every time!! No wardrobe to hang your clothes. Really a bad experience!!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!

There is no such thing as a reception, there is no person speaking properly on the phone, look at the place you say is perfect, I definitely do not recommend it.

Excellent new building condition, the staff is super nice. Several bathrooms and a large kitchen with everything you need, which means that even a large group of guests using it at the same time won't be a problem. Everything is newly furnished, simply but practically furnished. Good gradation of room sizes, there are 2, 3, 5 bed rooms, some with private bathrooms. In the large garden there is a playground for children that is fenced in for safety reasons, a trampoline and there is a barbecue hut with an old but functioning charcoal grill.Immediately before our visit, the entire hotel was rented to a crew of mechanics who probably lived there like pigs. The staff fought hard to remedy this situation before we arrived and there was no sign of it... Applause. There is parking space up to sprinter size in the yard, larger ones only fit on the street. The bus connection to Gießen or krofdorf is 100m away. All other guests there were very nice and cooperative during our time there. The price is more than good, sleeping, cooking, showering, parking, playground, barbecue area... Everything is there. A clear recommendation.

The area is very quiet and the motorway connection is great!I can only recommend!

That was a flop! The hotel had guests who couldn't keep the night's sleep, who partied until early in the morning, and for them an overnight stopover was probably not very relaxing because it was loud all night long!

My arrival was great. Room clean.kitchen in the attic on the way over the stairwell under the stairs to the cable duct, probably hasn't been given up for a long time. The door code takes some getting used to, but it's great. You don't need a key. What is a bit annoying is that the doors open very loudly. You should retrofit dampers or... I think it's not about the money, it's about the prices. the kitchen in the top floor with glass is great. LG a mechanic

A really clean and very pleasant experience! The rooms seem to have been recently completed. Nevertheless, everything is great for such a price-performance ratio. Very happy again.The only drawback is that it is very noisy and loud. The entrance door should urgently be oiled, maintained or replaced. Two excellent and courteous men who run their hotel on their own and are not above being there to help even the smallest of concerns! Absolute recommendation!!! The rooms are also super chic and especially the bathroom is really great. If I'm there again, I'll book again straight away!
