Used for business.Close to the station, the room is small but adequate.Breakfast is delicious and there is a supermarket right in front of you.

I hate to write negative reviews, but there were some flaws.The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.Sleeping, on the other hand, was a disaster. The mattress was quite hard, the electrics hummed the entire night, the pipes in the walls were constantly hissing and humming (the walls were generally very thin) and directly above the bed or right above my head the smoke detector was constantly flashing alternating green and orange , lit up the entire room and created a play of light on the mattress. After I woke up about 5 times (despite a "sleeping mask" or my scarf over my eyes and pods in my ears) and couldn't fall asleep again for ages, I gave up trying to sleep at 5:40 a.m....The minibar was well stocked, but you have to pay for everything. There wasn't even a free bottle of water in the room. Just 2 packets of instant coffee and a tea bag for the kettle.Other reviews here are very positive... maybe room 49 just needs to be renovated... So.You have to know.

The shower booth was separated by a door (transparent door like acrylic), so the bathroom didn't get wet at all! The hot water came out well and it was very easy to use.The Wi-Fi in the room seemed to be a little intermittent.

The rooms on the 6th floor have to be taken by stairs from the fifth floor, which can be reached by elevator. Nice service, ok clean, really good breakfast. The location is good if you come by train, but quite a creepy and scary area if you come in the dark, like we did. Unfortunately, we got lost a little further, but the hotel is almost visible to the train station, if you walk a little to the left, among the taxis.

Unfortunately, the location makes a difference. There's a lot going on right in the street and you can see it 14/7.Service ranged from very good to bad (depended on the employees). Breakfast was great.The shocking thing for me was: a lookout in the toilet door?! Who would think of something like that?! in a double room.

I have mixed reviews about the property. The best things first:1- just across the Hbf2- easy approach to the whole city by trams, u-Bahn and to the whole country by trains3- clean rooms4- party sound proof, although my room was on the street side5- cooperative staff that let me checkin 2.5 hours before my designated time and printed some documents for me for free6- Electric kettle with complimentary teas and coffee7- Minibar full of drinks8- a supermarket just opposite the property9- good air conditioning10- some unusual fancy lights in the roomNot so good things:1- beds are too small. I could easily fall across the bed while sleeping2- too little space in the room to place luggage3- area is a little shady but still safe4- breakfast could have been better5- dining area is not spacious

Awful, awful, disgusting. Even a child cannot use the shower cubicle. Poor breakfast. Chicken coop like rooms. Never will stay here ever! Got fooled thinking its the real Concorde group. Far from the real Concorde, where I have loved my stay🤔

A small, manageable hotel in close proximity to the main train station. Yes, the area isn't nice, but it's totally okay for a weekend. You should be a little careful at night.We were welcomed by a very nice employee and checked in quite quickly.The breakfast is very tasty and sufficient. An employee kept asking if she could bring anything else.Our room was on the 6th floor. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor. It was quite small, but had everything a man/woman needed. Also a stocked minibar and air conditioning. There was also a kettle with instant coffee. There were also some little things available in the bathroom. There is also an underground car park (we came by train). There is a REWE opposite, which is open until 10 p.m.

It's nice that it's close to the station. DM and supermarket are right nearby.If you don't go into the nearby alley, it's full of drug users. 😱And the rooms are narrow. It was really noisy because you could hear people talking until 5am about whether there was a bar nearby. 🤦♀️

Mildew started to grow in the shower. I wish they keep it clean where it really matters.The street is loud at night. Keep hearing street people shouting and talking loudly, even with windows closed from third floor. Also lots of ambulance sounds throughout the night. Very annoying. Didn’t know the location so close to red light district and a lot of street people everywhere.The amenities are okay.Lamp at desk was broken. Wouldn’t turn on.

Comfortable place and very close to the central train station, all more than enough for a 3-day stay, and a good price.The only unpleasant thing that has nothing to do with the hotel is the atmosphere around the station, foreigners on the street with a very bad attitude and are often annoying, you have to be careful, especially when it gets dark.

The location to the train is great for someone traveling onwards fast, in our case a flight and train next day. But otherwise, but of a yikes.It was 30 out and the heater was on in the bathroom. That's brain-dead. The ac is undersized and can't even cook the single room, plus randomly turns itself off. They shouldn't even advertise AC! The lighting is awful. The beds were fine, but two singles pushed together are not a real double.Biggest issue was the bathroom. One of the shower doors was broken making it hard to get in and out and there was plenty of mildew. That's too easy to take care of for it to be acceptable. Seriously.

Perfectly pleasant stay, helpful friendly staff. Very basic breakfast and the rooms are so small the door nearly hits the bed when opened. Very convenient location, close to central station, be warned the area is not great a night, lots of people hanging out on the street taking/smoking drugs and high levels of homelessness.

Overall, we would stay here again - but 4 stars is a little misleading. Very practical and comfortable, a little tired and dated. The neighborhood is sketchy and you need to be careful and watchful. The location relative to the train station is excellent.
