We spent one night in this hotel on the last weekend of August 2024. We were greeted by staff in casual clothing who spoke poor German. My husband had trouble understanding that we had booked two rooms. The way to the rooms was through a damp, musty smelling stairwell. When we arrived in the room, we were greeted by a carpet that was completely worn out and dirty. Everything was totally dusty. When I threw back the blanket there was a cloud of dust in the room. The bedside lamp could not be used because there was an armchair in front of the counter. The next surprises arrived in the bathroom. The water in the toilet didn't drain properly. The shower enclosure could not be closed properly. While the door was closed at the bottom, it was still at least two inches apart at the top. This made it very difficult to shower without flooding the bathroom. There was no plug or something similar on the sink drain. If an earring or something similar falls into it, it's gone forever. The connection for hot and cold on the faucet was reversed. Danger of scalding! The next morning the breakfast buffet. There were not enough seats in the breakfast room for all guests. It was pre-ordered for us as a group. The cups/glasses were on a shelf with the opening facing down. That would be fine in itself. However, the shelf was covered with a thick layer of dust. The rolls were cheap baked rolls. There were cereal dispensers. However, we looked in vain for cereal bowls, spoons and milk. Black tea? None! The Nutella packets were over the best before date. We helped ourselves to eggs for breakfast. After peeling three eggs and all of them were bad, we gave up and preferred to stay hungry. We were sorry for the money we paid for the overnight stay or the breakfast to which we were invited as a group by a friend. Finally, I visited the toilet near the breakfast room. The toilets were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Toilet paper was spread out on the floor. The soap dispenser was empty. The refiller was next to it. Paper towels were empty. I wonder where the three stars are supposed to be that are suggested on the fabric band on the bed in the room.

Unfortunately one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms stink, strange crowd. My windshield wiper was stolen from my car in the free parking lot in the courtyard. Very in need of renovation.

So, we were greeted really nicely. The beer at the bar was great on tap. First impression👍🏼. That was it. When we made our way into the room it smelled very musty. When we arrived in the room we were greeted by a cockroach. The bathroom was completely old and I had to wait to even get into the shower. In the morning we were woken up early by friendly neighbors arguing across several floors. The cherry on top was the room service, which annoyingly knocked on the room door at 9:00 a.m. and wanted to know when we were checking out. We wanted to have breakfast but then we changed our minds. Key in the box and out.

DO NOT book this hotel! The service is super bad and we haven't even talked about the room... the hotel smelled as soon as we entered and our room was full of mold and the wallpaper was literally coming off the wall. …

DO NOT book this hotel!!!! Room was not the room we booked, and the room was very dirty and a lot of things were broken. Sockets at the children's beds, wallpaper falling off the wall, in short, not safe for children! There was mold in the bathroom and the shower cabin was broken and moldy. The room was very dirty, mold, urine... just filthy... and there you were, like 2 small children after a 12-hour drive... we immediately turned around and drove home anyway. Then no overnight stay.

Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended.The room smells unpleasant, the drain in the shower is blocked, the shower enclosure doesn't close, so the bathroom floods.The television does not receive a signal (before the Germany game in the European Championship).Breakfast is scheduled to start at 6:30 a.m., but at that time you stand in front of a locked door and 10 minutes later you are asked in broken German to wait another 5 minutes...The entire house and the grounds appear run down.

- I don’t want to compare myself to even one star.- After arriving at the hotel, there was no staff at the check-in counter. After waiting for 10 minutes, there was still no staff, and the hotel had no phone number to contact.- After checking in, we were given a room that was not the one we booked. After that, we had to explain and insist again and again. It took another 45 minutes to check into the room we booked.- The room was very dirty: there was a lot of dust, hair, cobwebs, and insects (you know it). Our throats hurt immediately after we checked in, and we touched the bed with our hands and there was dust in our hands.- Everything in the room is in bad condition: including the shower curtain, bathtub, mirror... too many to mention- We booked to stay for two days. After going out for sightseeing on the second day, when we returned to the hotel room, our room card was locked and we could not enter the room.(I don’t want to write anymore, I don’t know when I will finish it if I keep writing it)

It was a real pleasure staying at the hotel and I highly recommend it! The service was simply first class - from check-in to check-out we felt like VIP guests. The staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive, which made our stay special.The bed was a true dream! The mattress was incredibly comfortable and the linens were of the highest quality. I have rarely slept as well as I did in this hotel. It was a real treat to sink into this comfortable bed after a long day.The hotel's culinary offerings exceeded our expectations. Every meal was a treat for the senses - from the freshly prepared meals to the delicious desserts. We were impressed by the variety and quality of the dishes and enjoyed every single bite.The hotel's amenities, such as the elevator and parking, made our stay even more pleasant. It was convenient that we didn't have to worry about parking, and the elevator made it easy for us to access the different floors of the hotel.The interior design of the hotel is simply stunning! Each area is stylishly designed and exudes a pleasant atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the lounge - it was comfortably furnished and a perfect place to relax and unwind.Overall, our stay at the hotel was a completely successful experience. We enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to coming back next time. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent hospitality!
