Simple hotel near the main train station. No coffee, drinks, food in the hotel. Overnight stay only. Room was clean with balcony. Fridge and TV in the room with private bathroom

I really wanted to give the hotel a chance, but unfortunately things turned out differently. The double room was clearly offered with a balcony on the booking page. This wasn't available and the reception couldn't do anything. Wifi is practically non-existent. The room smelled clearly of smoke when we entered, even though it was marked as non-smoking. But the worst thing was the bathroom. The drain in the sink was blocked and the used waste water was floating in the sink forever. There was mold from top to bottom in the joints and the shower head was completely dirty, so you had to be very brave and close your eyes. Everything could be improved within two minutes. Even if you don't expect luxury given the low price, there are still many alternatives around the train station.

A little light and a lot of shadow!Due to the good price offer for Frankfurt and the quite positive reviews, I booked the hotel room for one night.First to the positive points:+ The gentleman at reception was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions.+ Location: Very central, close to the train station, which was also crucial for me (but it can also be a disadvantage)+ Room sufficiently sized for my purposes.+ Sufficient WiFi speedNow also the negative points:- Parking situation if you can no longer get a garage space is adventurous- Rooms very dusty. When was the last time dust was removed there?- Room door leaf with significant water damage- Hair dryer overheated. The electrician should come urgently- Shower head totally calcified- The sink drain plug is completely rusted and the end is broken off --> So it no longer works, except that the sink fills up- Installed a new shower head holder and simply left the old one on- Toilet paper holder is extremely inconveniently positioned- Starting mold growth in the bathroom

Since my ICE long-distance train once again had a technical problem, I had to quickly book a hotel in the middle of the night. This hotel is walking distance to the train station. It is very clean and even comfortable for the very reasonable price. The lady at reception was also very friendly and gave me an upstairs, quiet room. Highly recommended. Gladly again.

Good location. 6 minutes walk from the train station and thirty minutes walk from the old center. Clean room. The only thing that shocked me was when I asked to leave my suitcase at the reception on the last day, they charged me 5 euros! I've never seen this in the whole world, lol. Tip: leave it at the train station locker which costs 3.50 euros for a small suitcase per day!

The hotel is great! I had reserved it based on good reviews and was completely shocked when, on the day of my arrival, I suddenly had to read new horror comments about the hygiene and location of the hotel. Fortunately, I can say that the hygiene is perfect and the location is very convenient without being influenced by the infamous train station district. (You shouldn't stay there late in the evening). The hotel is located very close to the more beautiful banks of the Main.The slanderous comments have certainly been posted by the competition to scare potential customers as other hotels may be suffering from the problems mentioned!

I would like to give minus one star. Endlessly dirty. The elevator feels 80x80cm in size and is held together with adhesive tape. The door only opens 45 degrees. The lady at the reception is difficult to understand (English with an accent). When we arrived in the room, about half of the lights didn't work. Which is also tactically smart. Because then you don't see the dirt so well. My personal highlight, however, are the bed bugs that you encounter as soon as you turn on the light on your cell phone.I then told the lady and she was visibly upset when she meekly said “yes I am sorry”. So the problem is apparently known.I then left the hotel in a hurry and had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night.

We slept in the hotel for one night and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a fridge and a balcony. The location was good and quiet. However, I deducted a star because almost all doors had crowbar marks. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
