EXTREME MOLD INJECTION :(When entering the bathroom, I was immediately greeted by an intense smell of mold. This was actually discovered under the sink (in a place easily accessible to the cleaner). Otherwise, the room was anything but hygienic: the "fresh" bed sheets contained traces of blood, the room as a whole was very dusty and had a musty smell, and there was a rack full of used and smelly bed linen/towels in the hallway in front of our room. When changing the bed linen, the fresh bed linen was sometimes left on the floor in the hallway. All in all an extremely unhygienic hotel, absolutely NOT recommended!!!

The hotel manager named Akin is a very rude man and the staff follows his unjust orders. I called the police for this man but he wasn't in the city. All hotels have a policy that if a guest check out late then guest have to pay extra money as per policy but this hotel had a unique barbarian approach. While we were outside and got 1 hour late they intruded in our room and threw our luggage outside . I made a video of that as well. They had no authority to enter our room without permission. But they did and that's why I called the police.

The staff bangs on the door in the middle of the night (12:30) for an unnecessary AGAIN ID check. Absolute disgrace and absolutely not worth a euro if you just want a little relaxation.

We went with a little fear because of the reviews we read, but we saw that it was central and we got a good price so we took the risk.I don't understand the bad reviews, the hotel is perfect. It is in the best area of Frankfurt, close to all tourism, a street of shops and restaurants, the metro is 2 minutes away, Aldi is also 2 minutes away, very good location, unbeatable. The room was great, we were on the 5th floor and without any problem, with an elevator. It was very clean, the bathroom was great, clean and spacious, they cleaned it every day and provided fresh towels. The best thing was that it had a refrigerator, ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the room. Yes, it was true that it was a little hot but they gave us a fan and everything was great. And with respect to many comments that I have read about noise, we had no problem, we could not hear noise from the hotel, if anything we opened the window because it is next to a busy street but nothing that could cause inconvenience. We will not hesitate to return!!!Seriously, if you are thinking of going to Frankfurt, it is the best hotel in the area♥️

When we arrived the computer system was down. When they got it going, the booking we made via booking punkt com was gone and refused to get it again even though we had already paid. We ended up being forced to make a new booking for the same room at a higher price... Now you might be thinking that you would never have agreed to that? Sure, but it was evening and needed somewhere to sleep.

Only superficial cleaning is done here. The rooms we had were filthy. Handprints on furniture, sauce in the microwave, dirty drawers, unwashed glasses. The cleaner we once met in the hallway smelled strongly of fresh cigarette smoke as she came out of a room. It can be assumed that bed linen and towels are simply exchanged here (at least) and then the room is ready for the next guest. Broken light switch, shower door falling apart. Apparently there are no double beds either, single beds are pushed together. Communication both by email and at the counter required a lot of patience due to a lack of language skills. We paid €353 for two nights in two rooms. I don't think the price is justified.

Sleep was out of the question in the room we booked. The temperatures were over 30 degrees. There were two small windows to a light well, one of which could be opened. The second had no handle. There was a loud ventilation system in the light shaft. Almost no air came in through the window. There was a fan on the ceiling in the room that rattled and wobbled so much when it was running that I was always afraid that it would fall down. The fan that was next to the bed blew air but not cool air. There was a layer of dust in the closet and on the TV remote control, so that my clothes were no longer wearable once they were put away. After I hardly slept the first night and when I returned to the room before the second night the temperatures were so high that I couldn't stay in the room for five minutes, I left one night early. Two hoteliers, independently of each other, confirmed to me that there had already been several complaints about this room (number 13) and that it should not actually be rented to guests. One hotelier had also told his boss this. When I asked to be reimbursed for at least one night, I only received a short response today as follows in a language I couldn't understand: "Ci dispiace ma la prenotazione non è rimborsabile."The fact that the answer from a German hotel in a German city is not in German already shows the quality of the hotel.I cannot recommend the hotel under any circumstances.

The location is great, the rooms are clean. But there was no one at the reception at both check-in and check-out. When I arrived I was under time pressure and had to wait 40 minutes for the employee. When we left (at 3 a.m.) no one was there, even though a 24-hour reception was advertised.

Cheap, But its very close to a bussy street and Dönner bar, which is open almost all the time. Rooms are small and they get very hot im summer, but they are clean and in reasonable price. Great commute is also a +.
