The restaurant waiter was very unfriendly, the service was poor, the receptionist was always not there, we had to wait outside in very cold weather to wait for the door to open. There was also a lack of parking space and even our bus was threatened with being called by the police because it was parked in front of the hotel.

This is our first time visiting this hotel and surely will be the last. The reception is not 24 hours open. We came late at 4am due to traffic accident and the front door is locked. After calling the hotel officers, then we can come inside and checked in. In the morning, being tired and exhausted, the hotel employee rushed us to move the bus to different place since our bus blocked another vehicle. We couldnt know since at 4am nobody told us where to park.When having breakfast, some of our trip member were told harshly not to bring food for take away, otherwise they have to pay extra. As a hotelier, you should tell the guest politely. Its not that we want to bring lots of food anyway.Again, this will be last time visiting this hotel.

Super friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately the hotel is right next to Frankfurt Airport and there are planes flying over it every 30 seconds and it is also right next to the train tracks that pass by every minute. The rooms are clean and ok.

Rooms are old, worn and sometimes disgusting. Shower alternates between cold and hot. Shower floor disgustingly stained. Towels smelled like curry. Everything was outdated, the room was too dark, the TV was small, there was no air conditioning, the fridge was warm and smelly. Bed sagging and pillows too flat and only one in the room. Breakfast very basic.

Reception nice. Nice reception, room clean (bedroom) but the bathroom, garbage not emptied, toothbrush cup stained. Shower head dirty, faucet dirty and an old used towel on the hook. Room 128 ceiling broken in the entrance area.

The service there was ok and the lady at the reception was quite nice. Unfortunately there are only a few parking options there, but that's not the problem. The problem is that our room was full of flies and insects. Everywhere you looked you saw green flies, mosquitoes, moths and spiders. Unfortunately there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and we had to do our own hand around the sink to clean it because unfortunately it wasn't cleaned sufficiently . Unfortunately, the toilet brush wasn't completely clean. The soap dispenser was hanging in the shower. After removing it from the dispenser, we discovered that it was broken. There were dark red, brownish stains on the carpet. Besides, there were spider webs on the wall. I'm really happy with very little, but I always want a clean room in a hotel. The air conditioning in the room was great and we also enjoyed the food, but unfortunately it was almost unbearable in the room. You couldn't sleep in peace because the flies were flying around the window. They must have accumulated there for some reason :/. I hope that it is just a one-time experience as a hotel resident and that no one else had to fight against it. Cleanliness is the be-all and end-all. I also hope that my next visit will be better, as the lady at the reception was very nice and the rooms themselves were actually nicely furnished. You didn't have to carry heavy suitcases and a television is also available. By the way, room number 112 if you want to fix the problem. I would really like to write a better review, but I think maybe they forgot to clean the room beforehand?

Simple hotel suitable for overnight stay before trip. Good connection to Frankfurt airport.Rooms simple, clean and absolutely sufficient if you only stay one night.It is very close to the railway line, so be sure to close the windows at night.

Very good hotel at a great price! Spacious room, handicapped accessible bathroom, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Regarding the parking situation: Guys, drive smaller cars and you won't have any parking problems here.

In my opinion, the employee was completely overwhelmed.The parking options are catastrophic and the underground car park is very narrow.The train, which was passing directly by the room, felt like it was passing through the room.The bed had a black frame that was very dusty.It was ok for one night but that was our last night for the future.

Nice outside, but ugly inside.Ordered a double room and got a four-bed room. After moving in, it was discovered that this had only been superficially cleaned. TV no to bad picture. Fridge not working. Change of room to the 3rd floor - here the so-called breeding hell. 34.5 degrees. Air conditioning is just a dummy. Next day no cleaning of the room - lack of staff. Elevator constantly out of order.When checking in I asked if a fried egg would be served and was told yes. Here we collected money straight away - €24!It is a trap. Ojuice had entered the fermentation process. No toast bread, cold bacon and egg from the tetra pack. Parking is roulette.Never again!

Very friendly reception! Room was good, everything you need was there including bottle of water, kettle, tea…The S Bahn/Regio runs behind the house, but it was okay. 10 minutes from the bus stop Ringstrasse/Raunheim or essenerstr rüsselsheim

Clean & good value for the money hotel:Pros:- Spacious clean tidy rooms- Friendly Staff- Coffee machine in the roomsCons:-The rooms have these 15-20 years old TV in the rooms which are useless and the owners refuse to change them for newer usable smart tv's.- The beds need better pillows.- 15 mins walk to the nearest bus stop and 28 mins to the nearest train station.
