It works like this for one night. Good: Room had air conditioning and I was even offered a larger one for the same price because the other one wasn't available for some reason, bathroom was great. Bad: Room very worn out, no drink, loud music until late in the evening. Neutral: Breakfast is served in the Lebanese restaurant next door, but it's nothing special, the selection is limited. Very good: close to the train station and you can quickly get to the city center by public transport.

I liked the location of this hotel. It is centrally located in the city.The hotel staff was mostly helpful. However the rooms are dark and dull. I found small cockroaches in my bathroom. I did complain about it, but the receptionist had no idea about dealing with it.

TERRIBLE, we were at a Trade Show at the Messe for seven days and had no hot water for 2 days, totally unacceptable from the management of the hotel,that said the hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful,after all it wasn't their fault !!!

Price vs Quality is not that bad. I paid 60 euros per night, a good price for the location of the hotel.Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from Frankfurt central station. A little unsafe at night since there are drug addicts in the area.The space is small but with what is necessary and enough for one person.Friendly receptionists.The very bad thing, the cleanliness. Dirty floor and carpet.Intense smell of cigarettes even when smoking is not supposed to be allowed. And pet smell :/

The travel agency put us up in this "Hotel" during our stay in Frankfurt, the only night we stayed there, thank goodness because the nightmare began when we arrived at the room, fully carpeted and full of stains, when we left our suitcases and began to get settled. daughter began to detect the presence of cockroaches... dead cockroaches, but when she returned from dinner it went from being present to jumping us everywhere, we had to quickly run to the reception so they could change our room, the job of the receptionist (a man from Gran Canaria), was exquisite in explaining the situation and gave us another triple but this time in the attic which we had to access by climbing a last flight of stairs walking with our suitcases on our back, the room was the same as the other. with even more dust and only with some cuca...dead...and sleeping as much as possible, the location of the hotel is central but a very peculiar neighborhood (drunk..., mendi..., prosti..., drugs. .,etc,etc)

It is so bad i wanna give you a 0, but it’s not possible so i give you a 1 (WHICH IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU DESERVE). We found bed bugs in several rooms (yes they dont do anything abt this problem even tho there are multiple reviews abt it). When we talked to the receptionist first when we arrived, she was super rude, declined to even look at our online booking WHICH WE SHOWED HER AT FIRST. One of our crewmate actually speak German and only then she started to change her attitude but still very passive aggressive (not very a girls’ girl at all as we were a group of 8 women). After we checked in and complained abt the bed bugs, they refused to find a solution. And later they offer changing the room but forced one of us move our stuffs out first and then they will come up to check if theres no one left and only then will they give the new key rooms which was absurbed. When we asked whether we could go check the new room first (like their stupid logic), the receptionist at that time (a man) just bluntly said “there is no bug bc its summer” (?????) we asked for both of the receptionists names and the man said “its our privacy, you have to talk to our boss”. But when we asked abt their boss he said “its our privacy”. My brother in Christ, there are bugs in the place you are working 5/7 days of a week, is it really worth it to protect this bug lore? Oh and we also found a cockroach crawling in one of our crew’s luggage when were packing. Overall, WORST HOTEL EVER, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS INFESTED HOLE.Update: our room got opened FROM THE OUTSIDE TWICE AT 5-6 AM??? We called the police and was informed that the receptionist gave the wrong keycard to a guest (i highly doubt it). No apology from the receptionist or any employee. It was a terrifying experience. Imagine you are sleeping soundly, all of us are women and then suddenly loud bangs on the door. Your door got opened twice by a STRANGER AT 5 AM?? We were horrified and traumatized.

Room quite large. With air conditioning. Bathroom was very narrow. Great shower. All clean. The courtyard is probably currently being renovated, the construction site is currently idle.Elevator available. Many bistros nearby. Not far to the city center/main train station.(Booked cheaply at short notice with Expedia) Gladly again

It is close to Frankfurt Central Station and is often used.The guest room is small, but it's fine for just sleeping, and even though it's right in front of the station, it's quite quiet. The people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and have already started giving us check-in documents without having to give our name! That helps a lot.

Inexpensive choice in a good location between the train station and the city center...large, spacious but very shabby rooms...the carpeting has seen its best days and there are cockroaches in the bathroom...just acceptable for one or two nights...staff at the reception listless...no hello, barely an expression.

Very nice stay for several nights in a budget room. Just what I was looking for. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything worked as it should. The mattress was sagging or it would have been perfect.

The location is quite close to the train station in walking distance, but because it is near the train station, when I walked there, I saw that the environment was dirty and smelly, and there were many homeless people on the street. The triple room we stayed in had a single bed each, and there were plenty of sockets, which were pretty good. There were also free toiletries (such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower caps), and the room also provided tea bags, coffee bags, etc. . However, the disadvantage is that it is quite noisy in the urban area. The street is just outside the window. We also encountered a parade and the hot water kettle provided leaked and could not be heated for a long time. Since we only stayed for one day, we did not bother the hotel staff to replace it.
