Holiday Inn - the niu, Air Frankfurt Messe, an IHG Hotel

Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, friendly staff - stayed here with the company.

The hotel close to the airport is generally okay. There is a parking lot under underground water, but! It's a little troublesome to pay at the counter.

There were no problems during my 2 day stay.Parking, check-in, the room = everything is fine. Even with the room facing the highway, I was able to sleep well 😴. I hardly heard anything.A supermarket is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Unfortunately very disappointing.Despite the queen size beds being advertised as double beds on the website, they were simply two beds placed next to each other... This is incredibly annoying as a couple at night. We then asked for a room with 1 mattress, paid €18 for an upgrade and the room also had two beds put together. When we complained again we were told that there is currently no other option.Unfortunately the room itself was not clean.- Bed linen didn't smell like it was freshly washed- gave a hair under the pillow- it was very dusty- Curtains were dirtyIn addition, the remote control gave up after a few hours and we could no longer use the TV. There is no way to reach reception by phone in the room.We didn't feel comfortable and wouldn't stay there again.

Very nice hotel, were there for a city trip to Frankfurt.Clean and nice rooms, small but cozy. Cozy hotel bar and absolutely courteous, always friendly staff.Central location, you can quickly get to the city center by public transport.The only small drawback for me, having grown up in Frankfurt, is that there is no Äppler at the hotel bar. 😉

Good price-performance ratio,

Modern and attractive applies to the entire hotel. Room good, bed really comfortable, breakfast good. Price good. Two people on staff (evenings), both very friendly and helpful (important!!). BUT: How can a hotel put someone at the reception who doesn't speak German? After all, Frankfurt is in the middle of Germany - as we all know, people speak German there. We had a complaint and the apprentice, who had only been at the hotel for 4 weeks, had to take over the matter. For me it's 'not possible'. I still know plenty of people who speak English. Don't know the language. BUT: The room is nicely furnished, the bed is comfortable, you can even open the window on the 7th floor - which is often a special feature these days - but that was only possible for ventilation because the motorway is right next to the hotel. But the total fiasco, you can't turn off the air conditioning. I feel a constant draft in bed, which is why I caught a really bad cold. At first there was even cold air coming from the system, so I had already decided to leave again, also because of the limited possibility of making complaints. Then the apprentice downstairs in a room next to the reception was able to raise the temperature in our room (!!) to 28 degrees and then we were able to turn it down to 21 degrees in the room - crazy - it took several hours until the cooled room was tolerably warm . I still caught a bad cold because of the draft (I was almost just lying in bed at home today). Unfortunately, you can't give negative points, so I would give minus 5 points. I have been to many hotels. By the way, we have been to Holliday Inns many times. I would put this hotel in the top 10 most horrible hotels I have ever been to. All the trappings are nice, but the important thing is that you have a good andcan have a good night's sleep - I've never left a hotel sick. Absolutely certain: never again a hotel like this!! So overall minus 5 points, maybe minus 4 because of the two friendly gentlemen!!

Very bad hotel. Cleaning services stole my stuff!!

Bad experience. Small, dirty rooms, the restaurant is not clean, the lights do not work in the reception, they have no road access, and the list can go on. I don't recommend it.

Not again. No shower towels. No breakfast without notice. Everything is pretty confusing. Poor employees who have to iron out the mistakes.
