Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.Shower mold formation in the base area. Defective lamps.Heating not working. (14 degrees in the evening is too cold)

Had a room that was twice the size of most hotels. I was able to work in peace, which was important to me personally, running telcos. Very modern furnishings, something I didn't know before. Watching the starry sky out the window at night. You have a Netto and Edeka with a bakery a few meters away. You can walk all around, to Münzenberg, meadows etc. I can only recommend it. Hence 5 stars

Despite booking via booking.com, no one knew. We had to wait and then we were assigned room 2.The bed sheet had stains and the (common) kitchen was dirty. There were still (washed) dishes with water stains on the sink. Hair was stuck in the sink drain. The sink itself had disgusting soap stains. The dishcloth is old and totally crumpled (i.e. used) and the tea towel stinks. The kitchen cupboards are dissolute and not very clean. The refrigerator is icy and the kettle is covered in limescale. The stove tops are crusty on the outer edges. The trash can in the kitchen is overflowing.In room 2 (double room, booked for 2 people) there is only one seat at the table. There is exactly ONE half of a toilet paper roll hanging in the bathroom! I would have liked to give zero stars - unfortunately that's not possibleI am more than disappointed!

A guesthouse that forgets its guests and the only comment is “I can’t help you.” Booked through booking.com and paid with credit card, we were informed on site at 8.30 p.m. after OUR telephone inquiry that we could not stay overnight because there was no one on site and no key had been left for us. That is not how it works !!!!!

Quite new, very bright and modern room, modern bathroom, very good mattresses, location in the industrial area is not nice, but at least quiet at night, but there is activity outside from 6 a.m., common rooms are well equipped.

As always German precision ever present. Very quiet and restful stay. Very hard to find in the back alley of a commercial district if you arrive at night. Miss the friendliness and warmth of an Eastern European countries.
