Okay for an overnight stay while traveling, but nothing more. The hotel is pretty shabby, the room looked better than the rest of the hotel. Because of the noise, I recommend rooms that have windows facing the courtyard.

Room is ok to good. City tax is added to the room price. The breakfast buffet was varied with a good selection of cholesterol and a coffee pot at the table.

Checking in took over an hour because they booked our room twice. And at 3 a.m. someone stormed into our room even though we had locked it (the lock doesn't work)

Cleanliness is a problem. The room was "roughly vacuumed" and wiped well wherever you looked. The room itself was fine and the furnishings were in acceptable to good condition. But: extremely noisy. From around 5:30 a television, cell phones etc. of the other guests wake up.The staff is consistently disinterested and absent. Greetings, farewells or even questions about how you are seem to be unusual there. You are completely an object there. Also fine.I can't rate the breakfast. I actually wanted to order it (when I checked in I was told that I should decide spontaneously the next morning). Since the gentleman at reception was so quick to say goodbye ("...two more euro city tax!" - that was his entire farewell text!), I decided to say goodbye"Nope, it was business!" headed to the train station and had breakfast there. Conclusion if you vacuum and train the staff, the hotel could be a pearl. At the moment it's okay if you need something quickly, but there are enough alternatives where you will be seen as a guest. It's a shame, it could have been very good.

My stay at this hotel in Frankfurt was deeply disappointing and unsettling. I was initially optimistic, as the hotel appeared decent at first glance. However, after walking through the neighborhood and checking into my room, I immediately decided to cut my trip short and return home.Upon entering the room, I discovered a spider on the bed and, worse, a cockroach in the unsanitary bathroom. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. Feeling extremely uncomfortable, I stepped outside for some fresh air, only to be harassed by a man directly in front of the hotel. The surrounding area also felt unsafe and intimidating, especially as a solo female traveler. I’ve never felt more vulnerable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, or even visiting this part of Frankfurt, if you value your safety and well-being.

Good location, right at the train station and in the city.Hotel room is outdated but clean. The surroundings of the hotel are not the best, due to a lot of “strange” people who are right in the street. The breakfast was very good and varied. The breakfast room is nice and big and pleasant. Only the plates were a bit dusty, which didn't bother me.Employees were nice.
