Excellent location, close to everything. This is essential because of Ubud's deadly traffic. The wifi and the cleanliness of the bathrooms should be improved a little. The dining facilities are simply BEAUTIFUL and the staff's attention is VERY WARM AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. They are super helpful and well prepared for everything. An aspect for night travelers: be sure to coordinate check-in after hours because at night there is no permanent staff. In short: A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.

All just right. Location, facilities, comfort, everything is just right. It would be perfect if there was parking, at least motorbike parking. Apart from that, it is really worth it, I will stay there again if I go to Ubud. 9.8 out of 10

I spent 4 nights, the accommodation is in the heart of Ubud, you don't hear the traffic, staff always welcoming, cleaning can be done every day!What could be improved is to install a small fridge in the rooms which allows you to keep water/drinks cold, slight smell of humidity in the bathroom, restaurant prices a little high for this which can be found listed.I booked on Booking and the value for money is great 👍👍I've enjoyed my stay !! Thank you 👍

only plus point is location… near ubud palace and market on main road
no one present for service…. no phone in room in case you need anything… there was no soap to bath and no one to call or help….

Without wifi in the rooms or the cafeteria during my entire 3-day stay. The room was fine but I had to ask for clean sheets. At breakfast, however, it was very good.

One of the worst experiences. I never recommend. When I arrived in the late evening, nobody was there, and my room was assigned differently. On the following day, I was blamed for the woman(I think owner), and then repeatedly asked to do the payment. You cannot communicate in English easily. Overall, the place is good, but not the service.

Stay from November 5 to 8, 2023The hotel has it all, nice room and ideal location.But one morning after breakfast welet's go back to our room and wewe caught one of the hotel employees with his hand in our envelope of cash with a note on the side! Note that it was well hidden in the bottom of a drawer! We quickly asked him for explanations, he was unable to answer us. When we returned at the end of the day, we asked him again for explanations, he replied that he wanted to clean the drawer when it was very dirty and why clean in an envelope?? At no time does he admit to wanting to steal the ticket or apologize. The management but did not seem to be concerned by the very serious incident.Don't trust them! To avoid +++

The place is comfortable, the employees are friendly. the place is right in the tourist center. So it's no longer difficult to go anywhere, just walk, park the car in the field.Very worth it at the price offered. there is a cafe too.If I go to Bali (Ubud) again I will come here again

Avoid this place !!!!My best advice would be to not go there. First of all the price is wrong: they made us pay way more at the property to be able to stay here. The bed is terrible, the place is not comfortable at all, the manager is a helpless and rude. The food is not good either and the breakfast sucks.
