Thanks to the super friendly staff, Dharma you are great. Really affordable, very convenient location, cute garden infront of my room. I walked in and booked after looking at many others in this price range. They were really helpful and chill.Not much natural light in my room, the fridge is noisy but good to have, some ants, it's not perfect but this place is very cheap! I liked the pink bathroom, the Aircon was great.Be kind and tip the staff. :)

I didn't have a booking in advance so I just walked in.PositivePrices are acceptable.The size of the roomLocation is amazingHot showersStaff is friendlyNegativeThe room is clean but the sheets and the towels are not. I even asked for different ones but it was all the same.They don't clean your room unless you specifically ask them to.It's very very noisy since there are no windows at some places. So bring earplugs.Bed wasn't to comfortable.

I'd never stayed in Ubud, tho visited a number of times. Arik's suited perfectly as central to everything. Clean, small fridge, lovely garden, free large water to top up my bottle, friendly and helpful staff. My friend in an upstairs room didn't have a fridge so maybe not all rooms.

I made a 11 days booking but could not come until 2 days after the check in date due to an important medical appointment. I requested for a booking amendment but the hotel rejected it. OK fine, cold host, I lose 2 nights... but I at least I get 9 right? WRONG. Arik cancelled my booking and TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT REFUNDING ME EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM I CANNOT CHECK IN UNTIL 2 DAYS LATER.Honestly. So much for hospitality and I don't get any communication from them. This place would rip you off as soon as it can. Be careful.
