The facility is quite attractive at first glance. However, the rooms and property are a bit old, with mold on the walls and a construction site next door causing noise. Breakfast is described as a simple standard. Despite the friendliness of the staff, the price-performance ratio at 43 euros per night is not convincing.

This is the only Guest in Ubud that I rate less than 5. And even 2. Reasons:1. There is no one at the reception and there is not even a phone number or information where to look for people. In total, I waited for check-in for more than an hour.2. Of the rice fields in front of my house there was only dry grass.3. Just super loud, noisy and impossible to sleep. There's a restaurant or something nearby. but this is clearly not the kind of vacation you usually expect, especially from Ubud4. No hot water at all. From the word absolutely.5. Bad internet

My wife and I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The hotel is located in a really centric area of Ubud; however, because of the street where it is located and the rice fields between the street and the hotel rooms, the hotel provides a quiet atmosphere that allows all guests to rest. Also, they have excellent staff dedicated to pleasure all requests. Besides the complimentary breakfasts, we were offered tours, taxi, car and motorbike rentals! To conclude, this is a great hotel to spend your vacations in Ubud.

Awesome cottages. The front desk looks a bit dated, but the walk through the rice field compensates for it. We stayed in Krisna suite (first cottage, ground floor) and the room was very comfortable, cleaned everyday, lovely terase and only a couple of steps to the pool with the most amazing view! We asked to have breakfast at our room (on the terrase) and the staff were very helpful. Loved the banana pancake. Would recommed definitely, if you dont wish to stay on the main street, still be a short walk to the main sites, love some privacy and quiet time.
