We were invited to a celebration in town and had booked an overnight stay with breakfast at the Landhotel Nonnenroth. The hotel is very central in town with parking right next to the house. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, Mr. May. The room and bathroom were clean, although a bit old. The breakfast was very tasty and rich. A large selection of muesli, jams and sausage and cheese platters. Particularly worth mentioning are the breakfast eggs that Mr. May prepares for his guests from his own chickens. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

I was here for one night in transit. There is parking on the side street right next to the hotel. Two minutes walk.Check-in was no problem at all, the gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but perfectly adequate and very nicely and lovingly furnished (country house style). The bathroom was small but modern and well equipped (including a hairdryer). The night was very good and relaxing. The mattress is a little harder, which wasn't a problem for me personally. The next morning at seven o'clock I went to the breakfast buffet, which was prepared with as much love as would not have been possible in a chain. Very much attention to detail.Everything was sufficiently available, large selection. Rolls, muesli and yoghurts were offered as well as various toppings for the rolls and juices. You were given a boiled egg from your own chickens directly to your table and were treated very kindly and courteously. And for this performance the price was more than okay. You immediately felt like you were in good hands and felt very comfortable. So homely that you felt the need to clear the table. If I ever find myself in the area again and need a hotel, this will be my first choice.10 out of 10 stars from me.

We stayed at the Landhotel Nonnenroth from February 2nd to 4th, 2024. Mr. May welcomed us very friendly and showed us the beautiful room, which was tastefully furnished in a country house style. …

A nice hotel in a small village. Bus stop directly at the hotel. Parking spaces are available. A few meters away is a restaurant and a grocery store.TV and free WiFi available. The room and bathroom were clean and well furnished. Mattress wasn't too soft either.Service staff was friendly and helpful.Breakfast was very good.Unfortunately, only breakfast is offered and no other food.Price-performance ratio was good.So overall it was good.

We were guests at the country hotel in mid-October. We were visiting our son, because he has cats and we have a small dog who doesn't get along with cats. We booked this hotel because it wasn't that far away.We were surprised when we entered the room because it was very lovingly furnished and very clean. The host was very friendly. The breakfast was great and there were different types of rolls, sausage, cheese and jam on the buffet. The eggs were from the chickens that live on the farm. As a farewell, there were 4 eggs with us on the way home. We had a very nice 4 days and will definitely come back there the next time our son visits
