Haus Sonneck is well suited for a short vacation. We had a comfort room in Haus Landeck with our own bathroom including shower. There was a kitchenette on the floor with a refrigerator and microwave. This meant we were able to look after ourselves very well in the evenings.Breakfast was included in the price and was very good: delicious, varied selection of bread rolls, excellent juices, large selection of cheese and sausages, fruit and vegetables, muesli, alternative dairy products. From there we hiked on the Elisabethpfad and the Lahntalwanderweg. The connection to public transport is very good.Since the houses are on Hebronberg, the path from the bus stop is relatively steep.

The hotel and the outdoor area are lovingly designed. The building is a bit older, but very clean. The staff is very courteous and attentive. We were treated great and we didn't miss anything. Food was delicious and the buffet was very generous.

I was there for a seminar over the weekend. The room is a bit old, but good and comfortable mattress; the bathroom was freshly and modernly renovated. Breakfast buffet was great, just like the rest of the food. Winter garden with a drinks/coffee room next to it is simply ideal. Seminar room with wood stove (+ heating) that we were allowed to heat up. Beautiful lounge furniture in addition to the seminar tables. Everything was just right. There was even a fitness room. I would have liked to go on the cross trainer, but I didn't have any sports clothes with me. I'd love to come back!
