We spent the night here to visit the Willingen bike park. It is a neat and I think still very new hotel. Large parking lot in front of the door and the Bike Park is around the corner. The hotel also has a large bicycle shed with even a workstation to carry out repairs on your bicycle (bring your own tools). The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was also very tidy.

We had a company party in town and stayed there overnight with a lot of people. At first I was happy that we found a hotel that only accepted one night as a booking. So far so good. The hotel is located directly below the ski station with a beautiful view. It is modern and simply furnished. Overall, it would be a bit too spartan for a relaxing holiday for me. At breakfast everyone should find something to fill them up. Overall it is rather simple, but there is a bit of everything (rolls, bread, cereal, jams, yoghurt, some fruit and vegetables, a small selection of cheese and sausage and a few vegan things, which I didn't find tasty). Passable. My absolute horror and therefore the bad rating was the fact that bed bugs had settled in our shared room. During the night, animals constantly crawled over me and bit me, which was visible the next morning in the form of dead and live bugs, including blood stains, on the sheets. My complaint at the reception was met with an apology from the employee. You want to tell the boss. I'm curious to see whether there will be another reaction here. (It's only been a day.)To make matters worse, I had my own pillow with me, which I no longer want to put in my bed. At home, everything I had with me was washed if possible - unfortunately it takes 60 degrees for the animals to die. This doesn't work with the suitcase, the pillow and some items of clothing, including my new, expensive dirndl.I still itch everywhere now and I pray that I haven't brought any pests home with me.The general cleanliness of the room also left a lot to be desired. The bed definitely hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The shower was full of reddish discoloration in the grout lines. If these grievances are remedied, I actually think the hotel is a good concept for a place for party guests or short-term overnight stays. I honestly wouldn't try it again thanks to this experience.

Rooms are spacious and attractive. There is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. Dust on the wardrobe and pictures etc.

Everything was wonderful except the service, but I can still recommend it to everyone. Right at the lift and close to the center.
