Very good breakfast. Fresh rolls and bread from the Weilburger master baker, that's grade 1. Swimming pool clean.

The Schlosshotel Weilburg is located in the former economic areas of the castle and is accessible via the Marstallhof. The spacious bicycle garage is also located there. There are apparently renovated and older rooms. We had a double room in the hay barn and that was very nice. I wouldn't choose any of the other rooms. There are still common areas in the hotel that apparently haven't been renovated since the 1970s. The sauna is also no longer the newest. The swimming pool was very warm. I was the only guest in the swimming pool and sauna area.We drank coffee and ate cake in the restaurant in the afternoon - there was only plum cake, but it was delicious. However, the ambience of the restaurant was so disappointing that we went elsewhere for dinner. The breakfast was good.

Have been to this hotel several times. We always feel very comfortable.Due to a heating failure, we were upgraded to a comfortable, renovated room with air conditioning. Thanks again to Ms. Fischer (reception) for the quick help. We'd love to come back.

Nice surroundings of the hotel, good breakfast. I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of the bathroom and the older furnishings in the room. Other than that, I was happy.

We celebrated our wedding here in the knight's hall with a buffet (food prepared by the hotel) and also stayed overnight in the hotel with our guests. It was great organized by the hotel. Everything could be arranged somehow easily. We really enjoyed the food, the waiters were quick and very nice. We were very happy with everything. Organizing events in the knight's hall works very well. When it comes to hotel rooms, there are very nice, newly renovated, modern ones with air conditioning, which we find highly recommended, and slightly outdated, not yet renovated rooms that are rock solid, but with a bit of 90s charm. But it seems as if all the rooms are gradually being renovated. In general everything was very clean and all the employees were very nice. We would stay and party here again if the opportunity arises.

Pleasant place with a somewhat outdated hotel that was relatively difficult to reach with the Auro.

Hotel rooms are okay, but there were cobwebs in the room and also in the main entrance hall. There seems to be quite some quality difference between dated and modernized rooms (e.g. some have AC, some not). The service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Waiters forgetting to ask half the table, so guests had to chase them down to get drinks. The whole group (full "Rittersaal") left without service for around 20min, so we had to check other tables if they had some water left. It felt like the staff was either incompetent, or had no interest to sell anything. They could have just put 10 bottles at the buffet tables and be done with it.

If you don't play golf or drive at least S class you are not allowed to spend the night in the castle, our group was sent to the lower hotel on the Lahn loop, this hotel really took care of us. Great. THE FOLLOW DAY WE ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS WITH OUR CARS IN THE BURGHOF, we were told about going to the toilet, great service, keep it up
