Historic hotel and very well maintained... Good services offered....VERY NEGATIVE flaw? ... I had a small health setback for my daughter and the structure was not able to satisfy the request for an additional day to the stay (found another place.... Honestly better)SinI wouldn't go back

We had booked a single room for our guest. In our opinion, the room offered did not meet the minimum size for a room (i.e. < 8m²), and there was no real window (see example picture with window below the bed!!!): the picture in the booking confirmation showed a normal-sized room with furniture ; The room was basically just a broom closet: Conclusion: unreasonable for our guest, three nights for the unused room, including cleaning fee, paid for free!!!

You can't even call it a hotel, the only thing that was cleaned during my 20 days of stay was the trash can and my nightstand where my wallet was, which can't be surpassed in terms of audacity. No towel change, no new toilet paper, the room wasn't even cleaned. In addition, the beds fly apart faster than anything else. Anyone who spends a night here should be aware that they are having the worst stay of their life! It would be better to burn the block down than to bring people in there. Disgusting behavior that this hotel displays

Right after our arrival, we were lucky that there was a woman at the reception with an accent that was obviously of Ukrainian origin. She was cool, she advised us where to find a room. She immediately informed us that the internet and the elevator were not working. Whereas there was a rather aggressive person standing next to her who shouted something at us in Ukrainian. So a bad experience right on arrival. So we got to the room where we found out that even the TV didn't work. And finally, that there is a common kitchen for everyone. So I finally concluded that it is actually a Worker's dormitory without any services. If it were up to me, I would immediately tear down the hotel title from there. For me, I will definitely not come here again.

Simple hotel in an outer district of Dresden. The room and bathroom were clean - except for the shower. The beds were okay, only the pillows were too soft. Check-in and check-out were quick and uncomplicated. Tram line 4 is only 1 minute away and you can be in the center in 20 minutes. Given the price, what is offered is perfectly fine.

My name is Hans. I regularly travel across Germany to do my job as a service technician and therefore often stay - usually just for one night - in various hotels that are booked in advance by my employer's office. Here is my review of this hotel:Arrival/Check-In: The hotel is easy to reach so far, city traffic may delay your arrival considerably, but nothing can be done about that. The parking situation is a complete disaster. The hotel is located on a side street where there are theoretically plenty of free parking spaces, but finding a free parking space in the surrounding area is extremely difficult. I was probably lucky, after just 4 laps around the hotel, I got a bit free. Apparently I arrived just in time to be greeted personally (just after 2 p.m.). The lady at reception was friendly, but seemed to be in a hurry (as I said, shortly after 2 p.m., reception hours start at 2 p.m.). However, she explained everything to my satisfaction. A double room was booked without breakfast.First impression: This is a clearly aging building that could definitely use a new coat of paint. The entrance door is quite narrow, it would be difficult to get in with a lot of luggage at once. The entrance area confirms the impression that the hotel makes from the outside: it is getting old. Possibly worth mentioning: The hotel has an elevator, very good.Arrived in the room: When I opened the door, a slight, musty smell hit my nose, nothing that couldn't be solved with a few minutes of airing (for whatever reason you don't do that on the day of arrival of one of the few guests in Corona times might). The room itself was a good size, I prefer the high ceilings you find in old buildings. There were only two pictures hanging on the walls and the curtains on the large windows weren't enough to absorb the sound; the room was quite reverberating. The furnishings, like the entrance area and the exterior facade, were getting old. The small couch looked as if you wouldn't have wanted to sit on it even during the GDR era, and the "desk" was barely big enough to put a laptop on it and use it. The carpet and wallpaper were stained in some places or had streaks that definitely seemed to have been there for a long time. The bed was quite large, although quite deep, but the mattress was relatively comfortable for me. I would say medium firm, although I prefer mattresses firmer. The television is large enough and receives all the usual TV programs. Through the window you could see a backyard, not a particularly inviting view. There was no air conditioning in the room either. So far, so satisfactory, although it could be improved. The bathroom: Spacious and clean bathroom. Two sinks with mirrors, the shower was big enough. And it also has a window, so no exhaust air that can get blocked. Nothing to complain about! All in all: I wouldn't describe the room or what I saw of the hotel as nice. Everything seems to be getting pretty old. However, you could do a lot worse. The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the TV worked.

The rooms are fine and clean. The staff was friendly.Parking options are very limited. The buffet offers something for everyone, but being offered the same thing every day is monotonous. If you want to sleep well, bring your own pillow.
