A quiet place

Price-performance ratio from the room is just okay. A lot would have to be done, mattresses are worn out, equipment, bathroom is new. But dinner and breakfast were absolutely fine. Nice personel.Rating in terms of price-performance, is not a 3-4 star hotel!

I don't understand how they set up such a tent with gas heating on New Year's Eve without safety measures...it was very dangerous. We were also totally disappointed with their poor service.

A relatively new house, which is simply and functionally furnished.The rooms are of normal standard and were clean and tidy upon arrival.The keys were in the safe as the reception is only occupied temporarily.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during my stay.There is a parking lot attached to the hotel, but it is very inconveniently located and can only be reached with a van with good driving experience.Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. I would only like one thing. I would like the trash to be taught more than just once a week. Especially in summer and when you are on the road as a mechanic.

Quite outdated, located on the main street, you get the feeling it's more of a car dealer than a restaurateur as there are registered vehicles everywhere in the parking lots.

The Hotel Ausspann surprised us. When we checked in on Großlugaer Str. we were quite disappointed. The rooms weren't very comfortable. Unfortunately, we initially had a room next to the kitchen ventilation. It wasn't very clean either, but not dirty either. We also missed the pool that was advertised to us on the website. At first we didn't want to stay but then we were able to agree that we would then move to the villa, which belongs to the hotel but is away from home.The CEO brought us there and we were initially very positively surprised. A huge property with well-kept, huge grounds with a large pool (clean) and a gigantic old half-timbered villa on 3 floors. The rooms themselves were relatively clean, the beds were large, comfortable, great pillows, clean bed linen. We slept great. And this calm. We got a king suite with 3 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with a corner bathtub/shower (clean), and a hairdryer was available. Warm water came straight away with good pressure on the pipe. There was also a refrigerator and a stove with an oven everywhere in the house. But I have to say that it wasn't all that clean. The upholstered furniture in the villa is also getting old. There were also TVs but they didn't work in the villa. In the garden there was a fire pit and also a grill. Here, too, we probably wouldn't have put any meat on it, but we don't have to. The fire burned well 👍🏻 an adventurous object with many doors (all open) and history. Very romantic and old. (Except for the beds, which were regal.) Since I was traveling alone with my 10-year-old daughter and the huge property with over 10 guest rooms was simply too big, with no staff on site, we left anyway. We then had to drive 5 km to the hotel for breakfast and dinner. That was a real shame. We would still come back (just not alone) because there in the villa the name of the hotel lives up to it and you can really "relax." It's not a German hotel but you can communicate well and everyone is more or less friendly. Someone even came by and checked on us. However, I would avoid the coffee machine in the hotel, especially drinks with milk. The breakfast was okay but not rich, perhaps because there was a wedding party in the hotel the evening before. There was no water to drink.
