I just can't find anything to complain about here...Some of the rooms are apartment-sized, almost always with a large balcony, often with a kitchenette and are cleaned daily.Close to the highway, well connected.There is plenty of parking, the windows were recently updated, the complex was repainted.There is a 24-hour reception, security staff and employees who not only speak several languages, but also know how to assert themselves - on every floor and with every clientele!Oh, now I found something:Breakfast is available from 6 a.m. but at an outrageously high price. You should eat 3 rolls and a good portion of scrambled eggs with bacon...I was in good hands there for months...Thanks!

Old prefabricated building, old furnishings - the lesser evil.A lot of things don't match the booking advert. Apart from the pictures of the rooms, they don't match what you see front and back. No contact person who could also make decisions. At night, screaming and trampling from the other children living with us... Daily cleaning was advertised - nothing there! If I can't provide services, then I can't put it in the ad!We booked a double room with a double bed and a single - this was not available in the main building, even though they knew we were coming. Something like that just doesn't work.Chairs, carpets and curtains were stained. There was mouse droppings on the balcony…So feeling good looks different, really not nice...Positive: nice staff and central location, unfortunately you can't say more! We won't come back here again.

It is an accommodation for asylum seekers, but it is not designated as such. We were here with a small child. It was very uncomfortable. We also left earlier.

What an experience. We left Zwolle at 7 o'clock in the morning. Arrived after about 7:30 am. Unfortunately, there was an annoying protruding point in the parking lot that caused our driver to damage the rim of the car. Tip for drivers, because the hotel could not do anything about this. The fresh green color of the hotel contrasts nicely with the gray buildings in the area. Fun outdoor play facilities for children are also available and accessible free of charge. The tasteful carpet on the stairs brought us to the reception. We were helped kindly and it was cool to see that the curtains were completely in the European Championship theme, ORANGE! Nice gift from the hotel. The view of the cloud makers was breathtaking. Unfortunately there were some clouds, but the hotel could not do anything about this. The room was spacious and tastefully and minimalist decorated with nice retro items. The refrigerator did not work, but this was because it was not plugged in. The hotel could not do anything about this. There is a bus stop close to the hotel. We did not use this. We walked 3 km to the train station in Böhlen. The locals regularly honked and waved at us along the way! Super! Nice route with three supermarkets along the way. We went inside the second one. We noticed that many locals were buying drinks. The hotel could not do anything about this. After a nice evening in Leipzig we went back to Böhlen by train. Unfortunately some noisy fellow travelers, but the hotel could not do anything about this. We then walked another 3km back to the hotel. Unfortunately, there are no more cafes or restaurants open along the way. This was not the hotel's fault. Despite the late time, we were greeted enthusiastically by the night porter. Excellent beds, before you hit the pillow you are already asleep. One of us forgot to brush his teeth and therefore did not use the blankets. In short, we enjoyed it, we would love to come back!!

The hotel apparently starts from the 4th floor. Floors 1 - 3 serve as an asylum collection point.I would have expected honesty.The rooms are sparsely equipped, the cables from our defective television are not insulated. Cleanliness ok.Room service shakes up the blanket. End.The roommates on floors 1-3 are not necessarily quiet. Not even after 11 p.m.Location: surrounded by high-rise buildings and a security guard. Possibly because of the residents on floors 1-3.

I had to go to Leipzig at short notice for work. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no room available directly in Leipzig (trade fairs, congresses, etc.). After a 4-hour phone marathon (at 1:30 a.m.) I had a very friendly and courteous night porter on the phone who was able to offer me a free room. At 2:20 a.m. I was lying in the hotel bed (after a short but detailed check-in) and was able to relax. Thank you 1000 times for the nice service. P.S. The room is bomb: pentry kitchen, WiFi, TV and the room is very spacious!!

A simple and unpretentious hotel. The ladies at reception are really nice. The bottom two floors are reserved for the refugees, but that's not a big deal as the hotel is big enough. We were there one night. Perfect for one or two nights if you don't have too high expectations. I can't say anything about breakfast because we had breakfast in Leipzig.

This is a refugee accommodation where some hotel rooms are still rented out! There you are afraid for your car. Also noise and noise at night. Alcoholic young men. A woman shouldn't live here alone. The rooms are also very old

Room is spacious, 5th floor with elevator, it was nice and quiet tonight, except for our own dog who was snoring. And the cat immediately felt comfortable. It is clean, although there are small defects here and there, such as in the wallpaper or tiles, but that only bothers those who want to bother with it. The reception was very nice and also gave a tip for eating out. We'll test breakfast tomorrow. I would just have liked to have had a shelf or a small cupboard here.

Disgustingly dirty. Kitchen smelled. There was a broken glass bottle in the freezer compartment and an empty yoghurt pot with used cutlery in the bedside cabinet. Furthermore, it is not a hotel, but has been converted into a home for asylum seekers. Bad surprise. If you like the thrill that comes when the security guard parks in front of the door, this is the place for you.
