Slightly sketchy but cheap and friendly. The entrance area is questionable but the rooms are very comfortable and relaxed. There is a telephone number on the door which you must call upon arrival. Recommended if you are looking for cheap accommodation near the SBahn.

I asked for a room twice in writing via the website in the first quarter of 2024 and received NO response. The experience with the hotel is exclusively negative, which is why I can't rate it any differently.I cannot judge to what extent prices, on-site service, rooms, location, etc. deserve a better rating. Luckily I was able to book another good hotel locally and don't need to waste my time here again.

Pension is good, clean and cheap. Free parking and WiFi. You can eat in the restaurant next door. Breakfast is not possible, but there are good bakers with good breakfasts in the area. S-Bahn is also nearby to go to Dresden. Approx. 20 minutes from Heidenau Süd S-Bahn station.

I was traveling on business and paid in cash straight away. Since I wanted to get my money back from my company, I needed an invoice.The owner told me that his son would write these letters and then send them to me by email, I still haven't received the invoice and apparently I'm stuck with the costs.I called the owner several times over a period of three days, he always just stalled and put me off. The lack of German knowledge doesn't make it any easier.I will never book a room there again.A fraud in my opinion.

Our paid reservation didn't make it into the system, but helpful guy solved it with few phone calls.Spacious rooms, enough power outlets, tiny shower, but works for 1 person.There's shared kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and microwave in the hallway.Beds vere looking nice but terrible, old mattress and soo much creaking, how is that even possible...

Staff very friendly 🙂Rooms are rather cheaply furnished./Bed squeaks, you think it's about to crash.Cleanliness: Hmm.. could be better. Seeing spiders in the sky 😁In general, we would still like to thank you for your spontaneity.

If you want to stay overnight very cheaply, this is the right place for you. The operator is incredibly polite. The room and bathroom are clean, there is a shared refrigerator and stable WiFi. What more could you want? The Asian restaurant in the same building is also okay.

Clean guesthouse with spacious rooms.The staff was super friendly but not easy to understand.The mattress was simple and unfortunately a bit sagging.The sanitary facilities are modern but only very cheaply equipped. One or the other was slightly wobbly.The prices are not presented very transparently on the website. In the end we paid €30 per person per night. This means the price-performance ratio is right.
