Very disappointed. The “hotel” is more like a house that is purely equipped with holiday apartments/rooms. The word “pure” has nothing to do with cleanly. Our apartment (301) could only be reached in the dark at night with a flashlight; there was no light in the hallway or stairwell. We had booked and paid for 3 people but only the bed was prepared for 2 people. There was a bag of musty and USED smelling bedding in the kitchen, which we had to use willy-nilly. The stove in the kitchen was covered in grease splatters. There was a bad smell of sewage/feces in the bathroom. It's also moldy in the shower. This is probably due to the ventilation, which only runs when the lights are on - there is no after-run time. In addition, the shower/shower tray or drain is leaking, the bathroom is flooded with water and is rotting away. The hand shower holder almost falls off the wall. There are no bedside lights in the bedroom. Overall, this accommodation gave the impression that no one was taking care of it, which is a shame because a lot of things could easily be fixed.

Very clean and tidy, only overnight stay possible, kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Cutlery and ironing board available, I noticed small things such as: lights not quite attached, towel holder, but overall recommended.

Room at first glance ok, facilities mediocre. Bathroom was very modern and fine for its purposes.A holiday apartment should have enough crockery, cutlery and glasses, which was quite economical. Beds were comfortable, but the smell wasn't quite as fresh.The location was quite central, there were also shopping opportunities, even within walking distance.On the whole, it's completely sufficient for sleeping and showering, but it lacks the cozy and loving atmosphere to linger there. Can be done better.

First of all, finding it was quite complicated as it is on a busy road. Opposite there are half-ruined house facades where no one would suspect a hotel...Then finally found, it was time to find a parking space, even though the description said there were some. A complete misconception. Ergo, suitcases and utensils were dragged almost 500m. Annoying. Then on the third floor, no elevator, well.Arrived at the apartment/hotel room. A WoW effect was created. Simply great, clean and well maintained...Operating the TV is a mystery...almost all programs are encrypted. No operating instructions or anything like that available. Also very annoying...What I/we found unpleasant was the rock-hard mattress...The sparsely equipped kitchen, another point of criticism...Had to get some things myself.Ventilation was only possible with ear plugs, even at night the noise was sometimes unbearable. Screaming, music, car noise...Conclusion: it was an experience that we wouldn't want to experience again in this hotel. Luckily we were on the road most of the time... Let's see what surprises await us in the next few days...

Rooms great and new. Unfortunately, the heating only had to be started after calling the owner. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work either....The location is right on the main street. Free drinks (tea / coffee) are advertised, but were not available despite the kettle.

Apartment was well laid out, nice size and modernly furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately it wasn't clean...dust on the furniture, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and the kitchen was only superficially cleaned. There was also no ventilation in the hallway.

Opposite there are dilapidated houses but in the hotel everything is very modern, quiet and up to date. Very clean and nothing to miss.I can only recommend!

We stayed in room 302 for 2 nights and it was just great. The furnishings were new and harmonious, the cleanliness was top. What we really liked were the little details like the dishwasher tablets or the tea and coffee. Everything has really been thought of. Checking in with the code was easy and smooth. Any time.

I've been traveling all over Germany and the EU for work for almost 2 years and change hotels almost every day. This hotel is absolutely fantastic for the price and, to date, by far the best thing I've ever gotten for the money. It's a mystery to me how it can be so cheap. I have the deluxe single room and comparable hotel rooms (it's not actually a room but an entire fully equipped, very modern apartment) in other hotels cost at least double or triple as much.Checking in is unbeatably easy, straightforward and contactless. A contact person can be easily reached via SMS and you will receive an answer within a few minutes.
