Motion detector in the room that cannot be turned off. Simply unnecessary and extremely annoying. Since there are no staff in the hotel in the evening, it is very noisy from other guests. Music from the rooms, parties in the common room, a dump of butts in front of my room.It's a shame, otherwise it has potential for a good hotel

Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned, and I didn't like that anymore, there was a small glass of wine left over in the bed. Obviously, I was drinking and 3 guys came at the same time and cleaned it up. Until then, they advised me to wait downstairs. I arrived at 3 in the afternoon!The buckle of the roll-up bed was broken, it didn't hold my brain. The dishwasher was clogged, it had to be said separately... there were no tablets. The capsule holder for the coffee machine is only a room decoration, if you buy a capsule it will be in it. My reservation for 2 weeks was 1 cleaning during that time, and then I received 1 dishwasher capsule.

Check-in is a disaster. The app required for this didn't work at all. Checking in online wasn't any better either. 30 degrees in the room and no air conditioning. Opening the window meant driving home with hearing loss. The street is very busy and extremely loud until late at night. You have the opportunity to prepare food in the room but no table or chairs to sit down on. The concept is not really comprehensible. Temperatures in the hallway and elevator are also in the upper range and stuffy. There is no staff to speak to.

The Yuma Managed Apartments offer a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. What is particularly positive is the contactless check-in, which worked smoothly. However, you have to download an app beforehand, which might be a bit inconvenient for some guests.The location of the apartments is excellent - you can reach the main train station in just under 10 minutes, which is particularly practical for travelers without a car. The entire building and the rooms themselves also left a very clean and modern impression. The rooms are well equipped: a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher offers the possibility of self-catering, which is particularly convenient for longer stays.One of the less positive aspects is the bed, which I personally found to be rather uncomfortable - both the mattress and the pillows were not really comfortable, which of course can also be a matter of taste. I also had difficulty folding out the bed, which was a bit annoying. Another small disadvantage is the lack of sockets near the bed; The existing sockets can only be found near the television, which is a bit inconvenient, especially if you want to charge your cell phone within reach overnight.

The room is well furnished, clean and even has a small cooking facility and the right utensils. The small dishwasher was a hit!The wall bed is not the biggest and is very uncomfortable, but the room has everything you need. The bathroom is also super clean and has a great shower.Unfortunately there was also a construction site on the street in front of the window, but the hotel can't do anything about that.

Air conditioning doesn't work. Windows open at 30 degrees, horror on the street...mini pillows. Ok for an infant's head but more of a mini for adults.Then it's better to go somewhere else that has a nice climate in the summer.

I found the price-performance ratio to be quite good.With the digital key it was actually very simple and straightforward.The room (size S) itself was very functional and nicely decorated.Even “simple cooking” would be possible.The bathroom was large in relation to the room and also very modern. Large shower with rainforest shower and normal removable shower.Heated mirrors with LED lights are also very pleasant.You can reach the center of Leipzig in 10 minutes on foot.Clear recommendation for this apartment

The bathroom is also super clean and has a great shower.Unfortunately there is no air conditioning. The building is located on a narrow, busy street where the noise unfortunately accumulates so much, so opening the windows was not an option.The employees were immediately reachable by email, very nice and helpful, and within half an hour we were allowed to move into the back building.Unfortunately there was also a construction site in front of the window, but the hotel can't do anything about that.We were very grateful for the helpfulness and friendliness of all the employees.

Unfortunately the air conditioning in our apartment didn't work, it's not that great at 30 degrees. The hotline, which I called three times, referred to a nebulous employee who unfortunately could not be found.In these moments you realize the value of a manned reception... the night with the window open was almost unbearable as the apartment is located directly on a busy street.The room overall is very nice, but unfortunately very warm for obvious reasons… Overall, unfortunately not recommended.Sadness

We were there for a European football championship game. Good location, close to the train station and center and within walking distance of the football stadium. The rooms have everything you need in an apartment. I would like to highlight the service, the YUMA staff and especially Lennard W! They offered us great service and also made special requests possible - really fantastic. Thanks again and keep it up!

Great company, nice staff, fast service.Two things that I didn't think were so good, but that couldn't be fixed in a short amount of time.- Broken/defective socket- Bed cannot be fully folded outBut it doesn't hurt anything, I've already booked another overnight stay for 2025.

Summary:If you don't want to have anything to do with hotel staff and people, THE address. Access apparently only via app. Otherwise just okay.Price-performance ratio:Okay, that's it.Room:The room has a wall bed, which turns into a couch when folded up. This probably makes TV evenings quite comfortable. Unfortunately the mattress was very squeaky - you can cope with that for two nights. The bathroom was fine. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials.Service:There is a telephone number available to address your concerns, but there is no reception.

The rooms heat up very much, motion detector in the entrance area that turns on the light for 5 seconds. A manual switch would be more practical in many ways. Very loud construction site outside the window, making it impossible to sleep after 7 a.m.

The agreed check-in in the evening by calling and leaving the key in the room didn't work, there was an answering machine and the key wasn't stored. …

It was agreed that I would come into the room without the app. There were no staff available... therefore: deposit the key in the room and gain entry into the room by calling a telephone number in front of the apartment door, shortly after 10 p.m., as agreed. An answering machine answered twice... A guest who came by chance helped open the door using the app. Otherwise??? Contrary to what was agreed, the key to open it was not left in the room. No staff available, especially not on site. The guest already knew the problem. Next: Coffee machine didn't work. The bed was a fold-down wall bed. The ceiling light has no switch, only a motion detector. If you have to go to the toilet at night, you will find yourself in bright light and of course wake up your partner. Who thinks up something like that? It's better to pay 5 euros more and have real contacts on site. Really zero service and completely non-binding arrangements via email. The positive feedback here is a mystery to me.
