Room and breakfast good. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to write here what's going on in the hotel. Assessment is monitored. Definitely avoid this hotel. I'll report to the owner that what's going on here is below the belt.

The Hotel Leipziger Land offered an uncomplicated stay. Despite arriving at night, it was easy to collect the keys from the adjacent pub. Although the hotel dates back to the 1990s and is a bit outdated, it is characterized by cleanliness and good care. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and the bedrooms are spacious. The breakfast is not extensive, but offers delicious rolls, boiled eggs and a huge selection (30+) of jams. Particularly worth mentioning is the friendliness of the host couple, who provided pleasant entertainment during breakfast. The price-performance ratio is appealing. The town of Geithain is worth a visit because of its beauty.

Nice, simple hotel with large rooms, some with daylight bathrooms. Everything very clean! Free underground parking, breakfast rich for the size of the hotel. We counted 90 sweet spreads :)!Recommendation: Book directly via the hotel website! Double room including breakfast for 100,-/2pers.Unfortunately, the town of Geithain now has many closed shops in the old town, but there are enough bakers on site. Bakery Sachse impresses with its price/performance ratio and typical Saxon cake selection. You can find fine decorative shops and small boutiques. There are restaurants directly in the old town and several along the city walls. As I said, it's a nice little place. For the little ones there is a small animal park (free with a donation) and a petting zoo and a park.A local museum and the exciting underground passages that you can visit after registering!There are many excursion destinations and swimming lakes nearby, as well as an outdoor swimming pool within walking distance!Excursions: Rochlitzer Berg - porphyry mining / Rochlitz Castle with café and old townWild garden of the senses in Frohburg with café. Fun for young and old. Leipzig and Chemnitz are 30-45 minutes away by car. To name just a small selection.

Greatly located 3 star hotel with quiet and friendly rooms. The breakfast buffet was impressive.Only the misanthropic doorman takes a lot of getting used to.

The hotel is a really fine address. The rooms are large, very clean and cozy.The breakfast buffet is quite normal, although two things stand out: 1. The coffee is hot and very, very tasty and 2. There are 100 different jams to choose from.I'm happy to recommend the hotel.Really a little treasure chest located in a very beautiful place.

We stayed here for one night. Everything was clean, very friendly staff, we slept very well, breakfast had a large selection. We were extremely satisfied. Free parking and immediate help of all kinds. Gladly again!

We were only here for one night. Everything was super clean, very friendly staff, a large selection of breakfast, something for everyone. We were very satisfied.

There's just one little thing I didn't like. But otherwise it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very nice as well as the bathroom. Parking spaces are available free of charge, which is not the case everywhere. Back in my day there were still restrictions because of Corona. My thanks to the staff.

Owner unfriendly, sometimes snippy, made you feel unwanted, breakfast was good, a little variety would have been better, room generously sized and clean, but in need of renovation. I say only once and never again

Geithain is certainly not a tourist magnet, but the city itself still offers beautiful old buildings, especially at the market.I was a guest at the hotel with a colleague for 4 days.Very well maintained appearance for a 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped.The morning breakfast is also worth seeing, especially the variety of jams and spreads...It was nice to be a guest here. I would love to come back when work takes me to this region.
