The hotel looks new, very clean, well structured. All paths are well signposted. There are hardly any stairs as all paths are designed to be wheelchair accessible via elevator or without steps. It is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. There is a pleasant atmosphere and togetherness between the staff themselves - which of course makes everything all the more pleasant as a guest. Every employee makes a great effort and greets you in a friendly manner, whether it's the chambermaid, bartender or receptionist. It's also worth taking a short walk outside the hotel, the surroundings are very well maintained. The transition to the thermal baths is very pleasant and easy to reach, and you can also reach the parking garage very easily via an integrated walkway. The buffet and hot food offered is delicious and beautifully presented. All around a very remarkable beautiful hotel.

Very nice hotel with direct access via the 'bathrobe corridor' to the Albert Bad and the Sole Therme. The location is very nice and quiet, exactly what we were looking for to relax and unwind. We had a suite that was very spacious and nicely furnished, the bed was large and there were no problems with the mattresses, there was a large bathroom and separate toilet, large balcony. There were enough cupboards, as well as shelves and a safe.We had half board and nothing was left to be desired. For breakfast there was a generous buffet, egg dishes were prepared and served fresh to our liking, there was a pot of coffee at the table, and you could get other types of coffee or tea and various juices if you wanted.Various rolls and breads to choose from, sausage, cheese, jam, muesli - everything is available. For dinner the night before we were able to choose between three dishes: fish, meat and vegetarian. The food was always to our liking and was served nicely presented on the plate. There was a large selection of starters and desserts in the form of a buffet.Without exception, the employees were very friendly and accommodating and were able to help us directly with any questions we had. The hotel manager was on site and was always available to answer questions. He also spoke to the hotel guests several times and took his time.We were able to park our car in the parking garage. We were able to reach this directly from the hotel.

We have been coming to the hotel for many years and unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly compared to our last stay (Christmas 2023).1. When we arrived, I was asked when my mother (who had been traveling with me for years) was born...why? The data should have been in the system for years! Then of course you can't hope that someone in service will think for themselves and not assign an 89-year-old lady to the room furthest away from the elevator 2. Why do I have to confirm receipt of the newsletter again? 3. The 3 ladies in the bar in the afternoon were hopelessly overwhelmed... if you assign 2 apprentices (I assume) to a regular employee, then she should stay at her place and not be out and about for pick-up and delivery services while the apprentices are helpless are at the mercy of the guests...apart from the quality of the Hugo including the missing drinking tube 4. My mother's chair was jostled hard by a very young waiter at breakfast...sorry...none 5. Even a new apprentice should know that you don't clear a plate that has a knife and fork on the right and left of the edge of the plate and that also has cheese on it. 6. Our table was newly set for breakfast and there was no sugar... so I looked for it at the buffet next to the coffee machine... unfortunately there was none there... so I asked the waiter, who also took down the room numbers ...Answer: I should ask another guest and offer them some..Hello?...are we in a 4 star hotel or in a canteen? 7. There was no service folder in the room... none to be found digitally either... I could go on... about the meager selection of sausages for breakfast to the unfortunately unappetizing scrambled eggs... it's a shame that the quality was so bad has deteriorated so much, especially since they advertise 4 stars and service.

I was there for one night on business. Nice location, parking opposite in the parking garage. Rooms OK and well maintained. In the restaurant only a buffet is possible for dinner, but with a good, vegan-friendly selection and of good quality. Some waiters are a bit stressed - you are told to sit near the entrance so that the waiter can serve you better - an absolute no-go in this beautiful outdoor area. Breakfast was perfect, but very heavy on sausages, in order to certainly satisfy the main clientele of older people.Would I come back - I think so, there is probably no better hotel in the region.

Fantastic! The overall quality is what makes it excellent: the location and furnishings of the public areas, the rooms, the kitchen and, above all, the people who strive to ensure the well-being of the guests. Unique. We'll be back!2024: I can only confirm again: it was a wonderful stay. The food was already great in 2023... and this year both breakfast and dinner were simply great. The dishes from the last few days were top notch, both in terms of taste and presentation.;-D...and the mattresses were also very comfortable. We'll be back!
