Satisfaction beyond expectations throughout the stay. The rooms, restaurant, social rooms and relaxation area are all pleasant and clean. Friendly, kind, communicative service. A rich and wide selection of food, generous portions with a focus on food quality, balanced in taste and appearance. The possibility of using the terrace for refreshments. I can only recommend, but not to everyone, ... so that the hotel is not overcrowded and I could happily repeat my stay in the future ...

Beautiful place, staff very helpful from the moment of arrival, from the lady at the reception to the waiter in the restaurant - especially Mrs. Lenka and Miss Nicol, they did not make a mistake. Thank you for a pleasant stay 👍🏻.

I chose this hotel because it is a stone's throw from Prague and in the beautiful nature of the Ore Mountains, and I liked that the hotel has a playground and, upon inquiry, I found out that it also has a game room. We had a nice little room next to the game room. It's a shame that they don't have a game room in the photos, I thought it was really cool, tidy, it even had a playstation for bigger ones! In the room, a coffee set, a minibar, everything is replenished regularly every day. I really have to highlight the work of the maid - I have not seen such a careful maid in a long time. Any specks really disappeared, everything was replenished, fluffed, washed, changed - every day and without requests (like somewhere). Breakfast was delicious, coffee really good (and you know I'm a dog), juice 100%. In the afternoon from 14-16 there were tapas (actually, what was for breakfast - buns, spreads, so the whole thing was eaten, that's great!), dinner a three-course menu, where you have a choice of three main dishes. The service is great, I really appreciate the work of the service of Fila and then the lady with the ponytail and half-shaved head - she was also great and professional.From trips: We visited @discover_kadan 20 minutes from the hotel - the castle, the wonderful square and the restaurant Střelnice (they cook excellently and have a children's playground). The ruins of Hasištejn Castle are not far from the hotel, really within walking distance. Then, of course, @zooparkchomutov is about 20 minutes away by car. We liked the talking magpie, the moose and the rope park (CZK 80 entrance). I recommend online tickets, free parking, entrance fee 230,- (child plus adult). On the last day, we were in Kühnhaide, Germany, on the peatlands, again 20 minutes away. In Kühnhaide there was also a playground, God's paths, an educational trail in Czech and a field kitchen (cash euro with you).

The staff is friendly and hardworking. The common and outdoor areas are actually nicer than in the photos. The bathroom was adequate (only it was often necessary to let the water drain for a very long time before it started to flow warm), but the room itself was quite terrible for 4*. A huge minus is the absence of air conditioning. Because of the permanently open doors and windows, the hotel is full of insects, and the breakfast buffet is completely unsuitable on hot days - high temperature, direct sunlight, besieged by wasps. At least nets for the windows would be useful in the rooms and corridors. The location of the restaurant reception is not very happy.

This hotel thrives on its incredibly courteous and friendly staff, who always greet you with a smile. The location is a bit out of the way, but that is why it is highly recommended for people who want to relax. In addition to the pool and bowling alley, there is a sauna, lots of play options for children and free WiFi. We can also recommend lunch and dinner here if you just don't want to leave the hotel. Breakfast until 11 a.m. is perfect for all late risers.A recommendation from my side!

This hotel, absolute disaster !! Upon arrival, you must pay the stay + a deposit of CZK 2,000 immediately.... Hotel 4* ????🤢🤢Staff completely out of touch, no smile and no effort to do anything, total chaos. The hotel is 4*, the prices are astronomical, but the rooms, cleanliness, equipment, restaurant = maximum 2-3* hostel.Ex. throughout my stay I ordered Pilsner for 75 CZK, always served in 0.5l Krušovice, they were unable to understand that Pilsner should be served in a Pilsner glass / financial difference /. During my final education, I wanted to pay for Krušovice... The dining room is tiny connected to the reception and there is no air conditioning.. 😢The surroundings of the hotel not maintained !!😱 The director and the operator should be replaced immediately.

The breakfasts were great at first glance, but they didn't change once during the whole week, so after three days you don't have much to choose from. However, they were tasty. I appreciate the opportunity to make fresh waffles from prepared dough, or fresh (apples, carrots, lemon). The location of the hotel was nice, a few steps from the castle, which is the morning program. In case of bad weather, good enjoyment in the hotel - bowling, darts, football, ping-pong, swimming pool with whirlpool... but for one (for the more active), max. 2 days (for the more lazy). nice little playground for children + trampoline. In the area there is a landscaped grassy area, where you can play, for example, badminton (your own), or kick a ball with the children, for example. Quiet location, no excessive car traffic or city noise. Nice view of the Ore Mountains and forests. Receptionist, manager, etc. people in their place, smiling, kind and helpful.The staff of obvious part-timers, who were probably there on the first day, about fifteen-year-old ears, looking like dawn... that was a shock. Unfortunately, I have to mention bad hygiene - dirty cutlery for breakfast, dirty glasses, dust in the room, dried leaves and mess behind the table. In the restaurant, they mop up once every three days (maybe), for two days there was a trampled potato, then again scattered fruit. Grasshoppers were jumping on the tables, beetles were running. Our whole stay was really very annoying because of the omnipresent wasps - I understand that the staff is not to blame, but they would like to at least cover the food and not let a swarm of wasps crawl all over the place and won't let you sit for a while. Or at least put a door net on the terrace... or provide slaps. In the end, this completely poisoned us... Otherwise, the wellness is fine, the pool is small, but again unnecessarily deep for children... if the hotel had been more full during our stay, the wellness would have been passé - it is for 3-4 people. The sauna was not working. Towels and sheets were missing in the wellness area. It is very unpleasant and annoying when, as a non-smoker, you have a room and a balcony right next to someone who comes to smoke every twenty minutes and everything goes into your room - you cannot ventilate in July. It would probably not be a bad idea to divide the rooms into smoking and non-smoking rooms... paid parking at the hotel loses its meaning, it's better to park near the castle and you'll save 700/week ;)

A beautiful and quiet hotel..it is worth mentioning the good breakfast and three-course dinner..we liked it very much.

Mixed impressions, very mixed.+ above-standard equipped rooms+ bowling, soccer, ping pong+ nice place, location+ good price+ check out by 12 noon and breakfast by 11 am- wellness hotel?! with a 4x3 pool, a hot tub for 3 people and a mini sauna, sunbeds located in the places where guests come to the hotel- reception in a mini restaurant for such a large hotel- the staff at the restaurant is a tragedy, in the evening we sat in that mini restaurant for 15 minutes and no one noticed us - we went to get pizza- breakfast until 11:00 at 9:30 was half-empty, we had to ask for refills and refills of drinks, the staff seemed chaotic, disorganized like at dinnerFor me, a nice hotel, some things are not resolved, or resolved not quite happily, but the staff spoils the impression the most
