You get what you pay for, this is an eternal truth. If you don't mind a few minor flaws, this is a great choice for you in Ubud, Bali. The location is perfect, just walking distance from the Royal Palace Market and Monkey Temple, so you can find peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle. One more thing, please bring your own hair dryer.

Lovely accomodation, would suggest the upstairs room. You have your own little patio with a rice field view where a delicious breakfast is served each morning. Aircon and fan worked well, shower pressure also great (sometimes hard to find in Bali). The real highlight is the staff who were kind and accommodating, even when I had to book last minute at 10pm due to issues with another accommodation. Location is also great and walkable to many of Ubud’s main attractions without being too busy.

I’m so glad that I found this hidden gem. The place is super clean, simple and very tranquil with the paddy fields around. I just loved it! The staff are so so helpful and friendly.I will choose this place again for my next visit!

An excellent place without a doubt.1. Starting with the friendly staff willing to help you with any questions or requirements.2. The rooms are spacious and bright, with air conditioning and a fan, with a large bathroom that allows the shower to be separated from the toilet and sink.The best thing about the rooms is that each one has a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast and relax at night.3. The price is very appropriate for the sector where it is located and the services it offers. You are on one of the streets that allow you to move quickly outside of Ubud, but at the same time it is close to walking during the night to go eat something.4. Breakfast, which is included in the price, is a pleasant way to start the day.5. And finally, I repeat the attention of the staff, especially Kadek Santi who made our stay here truly pleasant.

I asked in advance if I could use the bathtub, but it was not available.I made two reservations, so I was told to cancel if I didn't like it, but I was able to cancel the second half, but I didn't know if it was okay to cancel the first half of the night, and they didn't change my rooms.If I couldn't use the bathtub, I wouldn't rent this room.Neither the owner nor the staff can manage the room.Moreover, I could hear the sound from the next room, and the alarm sounded all the time from early in the morning, so it was very noisy.

Very good hotel for reasonable money. A large and clean room with well-functioning air conditioning and a terrace with a view - and in the very center of Ubud. Nice and specific staff. 5*

Central location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, every morning they bring us breakfast in the room, and every day they clean the room and change the sheets... unbeatable value for money... if you are in Ubud and want a view of the rice field, central hotel and pay little, I recommend you 100%

It is located in the center of Ubud and close to yoga barn and Ubud Wanggu. As a result, there are many restaurants nearby and transportation is convenient.The room is not small and has a bathtub.However, the bed was a bit old, so my back hurt.There was also a terrace with a wide view of the rice fields, so I sat there often. The garden is also cleanly maintained. For breakfast, we rotated banana pancakes, toast, egg toast, and banana toast, and it was nice that fresh fruit was always provided.

The homestay is very intimate because only has a few rooms it's very nice when you like an intimate place to stay. The place is near the center of a popular destination in Ubud so it's easy for us to go exploring. Last but not least the wifi is super fast 😍.

Hate giving bad review, but this should be listed as 1-star not 3-star hotel. No A/C in standard room, no shampoo or body wash, and literal air opening above door meaning you can hear _everything_ outside. Wifi uses old WPA (not WPA2) security so my mac with latest MacOS couldn't connect (please switch to WPA2 (AES) security, it's as simple as changing a setting in router settings... WPA had been deprecated and is no longer secure, please stop using it). Staff is nice, it's just this should not be listed as a 3-star hotel by any measure, it sets certain expectations of quality that are simply false.

Great place ! The beds are super comfy and the rooms are very spacious as well as very clean. It's basic but it's right in the center of Ubud, you can walk everywhere! The rice view is beautiful and the staff friendly.We were just a bit desappointed with the breakfast choices, limited to pancake and fruits. Would 100% recommend staying there !

Nope nope nope. I cant wait to leave. Soooo noisy day and night. Facing a rice field? More like facing a giant complex were 20 children were practicing martial arts yesterday. As loud as a school. Not a Homestay but a place with at least 10 rooms. All of which share hallways and have open, impossible to close windows Meaning that every conversation, every phone alarm going off, every bit of fun you’re having in your room is heard by every other guest. It’s horrible. No privacy at all. I’ve stayed in a dozen places and this is the worst. The pillows on my bed don’t even have covers they are pillows like you would have on a couch meaning they’re not even washing these things. I am disgusted by the bed every time I get in. Bathtub plug won’t plug. Tons of women’s hair in my sink. Nope nope nope.
