The place is beautiful and in pretty nice condition. Pretty comfortable rooms, much space and a nice kitchen, also the most important - the owner is very nice and friendly. Higly recommended.

I have rarely seen someone so friendly and nice and everything so spontaneous. Cool :-)The breakfast was more than enough.Would check in again at any time.Kind regards the bikers.

I had the pleasure of spending over a week at this wonderful little hotel and it was a thoroughly positive experience. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and inviting. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would particularly like to emphasize the owner's exceptional hospitality. She is incredibly friendly, helpful and makes every guest feel at home. Her warm nature and attention to detail make the stay very special. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, with a good selection of items. The hotel's location is also ideal - quiet yet central, with easy access to the region's main attractions. I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when I'm in the area. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very nice and lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the outskirts of Chemnitz in a very quiet location. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back when we travel to Chemnitz.

Very nice, clean guesthouse in a quiet location. Super nice operator who obviously runs the guesthouse alone and with passion. Breakfast is lovingly prepared and can be eaten comfortably in the room. And very dog-friendly and there are wonderful forest paths nearby for walking.

Super nice apartment and inexpensive considering our short stay.The whole house is very lovingly furnished.At the beginning of November I was looking for overnight accommodation for 3 people at short notice for my family, who were visiting me during my rehabilitation, and found it here. The very nice, courteous landlady prepared the attic apartment for us and we had very nice conversations 😀👍Thank you for the warm welcome and great stay 💙

Everything great. The very friendly and warm landlady, a very nice location, a very cozy and very clean room with a modern bathroom and spacious shower, a very well-equipped shared kitchen and a very good price-performance ratio make it not difficult for me to choose the guesthouse "Im Kuckucksnest" unreservedly recommended.

Warm hosts, lovingly furnished and well-maintained rooms. Totally quiet area, enough parking space on site, well-functioning WiFi. We were happy about the generous and joyful breakfast, we didn't miss anything, we felt completely at home.Absolutely deserved 5 stars - we would love to come back.
