Our stay was just disappointing!! The idea doesn't sound bad, but the implementation is anything but successful. The bedding was damp and broken when we arrived. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean either and if another guest took a shower, you couldn't use the toilet for half an hour. A fan made noise all night long, which got on my last nerve. So if someone were to book this, I recommend earplugs. It was so incredibly warm in this sleeping capsule...there was no air circulation. Other sleeping guests showed absolutely no consideration and talked loudly early in the morning, so there is no privacy either. The location is also not ideal…somewhere in a residential area. It takes at least 45 minutes to get to the center because the connection is so bad. It was ok for one night but definitely not longer than that.

Unfortunately, our stay at this accommodation was a shocking disaster. The front door was wide open so everyone could come in.The capsules are narrow wooden boxes made of OSB panels screwed together. Inside you will find a thin mattress on the floor, as well as a socket and a light switch. Two of the showers were broken, the handle of one cubicle had broken off, one of the three toilets was locked, one could not be flushed so that the waste was left exposed and the lid of the third can only be folded up so far that it falls back when you sit down falls on the back.We had to leave the door open to sleep because air circulation in the room was impossible.Normally you could see the price of around 16 euros per person as justified if there is AT LEAST a pillow and a blanket, as is standard in Germany. These can be rented for an additional charge of 15 euros per person. The concept itself is a good idea, but the construction, service and equipment should be reconsidered. As far as I can tell from the other reviews, the landlord reacts rudely and unfriendly. I don't expect anything different from mine but I wanted to share my experiences to warn you before booking

We booked for a weekend and because a different date was suddenly specified when paying (automatically), we immediately called and canceled. We reached someone on the phone twice to request a cancellation and since then no one has been available

Extremely misleading external representation of this accommodation on the well-known online portals. These are capsules. More precisely, they are OSB panels that are assembled into a box. And presto, a place to sleep is ready. We found the term “double room” to be very deceptive because it was nothing more than a large box for two people. Be sure to read carefully before booking. Our boxes were located at Mügelener Straße 29, next to a car paint shop. There is no record here today that the Fox Box Apartment is located here. On the contrary, when you query Maps you will find accommodation at a different location in Dresden.Well, pillows and blankets have to be paid extra. But it was already clear during booking. When we arrived, they weren't there yet. The operator then took care of it at short notice. Sofa cushions and very strange blankets.Of course you don't have peace and quiet. This can range from party people to extremely annoying snorers. Overall, the accommodation was still in the construction phase. Some capsules simply had a curtain that could be drawn. At least ours had a lock with a code on the outside. But when you sleep you can't close the box from the inside. In addition, the fumes from the OSB panels were still relatively strong, which is why we left the door open anyway. But depending on your needs, this accommodation could be interesting for some people. Too expensive in our opinion, we paid around €43 per person for such a shabby box.

A really nice and convenient place to visit Dresden. There is everything you need (except the bidet... But oh well 😅):Coffee and snack machine (even instant ramen), kettle, some essential plates and cutlery, microwave, shower.!!! In the machine you can also purchase padlocks to close the boxes!!!Inside you will find a latch to lock you in at night.Housekeeping is punctual. The courteous staff. There is no soundproofing in the cabins, so I recommend it only for those who are not light sleepers. It is very convenient to visit the city given the high presence of scattered rentable bikes from the MOBI service and public transport.Pay attention to the parking system for bikes, never leave them outside the area unless in a "virtual station" or they will charge €22.

Once and never again! The code we sent for the front door wasn't correct and we weren't alone. It was almost impossible to call customer service because no one answered and when it worked via WhatsApp, you were also called and received in an unfriendly manner. But all of that isn't enough, in the email there was a second code for the box, which you don't need because you have to get a padlock from the machine for €4 if you don't have one with you. You can also see from one box to the next, so privacy is limited and the duvets and pillows were broken and had holes in them. The only positive thing is that the toilet was clean. So honestly, save yourself the money and don't shove it down the owner's throat.

We really liked the concept! The other guests were all very friendly. In contrast to this is the customer service, which I called shortly after 8 p.m. because we couldn't get to grips with the door lock. The man on the other end of the line swore, became loud and was overall extremely rude. I almost cried.
