It was the best accommodation while in Ubud.The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and they go out of their way to help you when you need it!This is an accommodation I would like to stay at again next time I come.They cleaned the house almost every day for 4 nights!

Great place. Walking distance to the everything. You leave the premises and you find coffee shops, warungs, açaí bowls, restaurants, laundry place, many stands with tours available. Owners are helpful and very friendly. Price is great 😊 clean rooms (I stayed in 2). Super clean white sheets. Bed super comfy. I went to Sanur and couldn’t wait to come back to this place. I missed my lovely room. Amazing for the budget.. I spent 2 months with them and love it. Will definitely come back for sure and stay longer. Btw. Walking distance to everything: the market, the Ubud Palace, etc.

I just like the location. It's an old building, built in a traditional style, but there are holes above the door that can't be closed (windows from the old days?) and all the bugs come in.In all my many trips around the world, I have never seen an accommodation where the shower filter turns black so quickly.There was a baby cockroach in the bathroom.The legend of this property is the towels. In 28 years of living, this is the first time I have seen a place where blankets are used as towels. My girlfriend and I were embarrassed because no moisture could be wiped off.Among the options on Agoda, there was air conditioning, but there wasn't one.The ceiling fan was right above the bed, and when I turned it on, it shook so much that I thought I would die if I fell, so I didn't turn it on.Toilet paper was not even filled when checking in.The advantages are price and location, you have to give up the rest.

It's in the center of Ubud but it's quiet, the atmosphere is great, the managers are helpful and friendly. Classic Balinese house, I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for a few days during our trip to Bali. We wanted to stay in Ubud and in a place closer to the market. Couldn’t have asked for a better option than this homestay. One of the cheapest options and right in the middle of the main market area. What a beautiful property it is! And the owners are lovely. We spoke to the man and his wife and also met his mum - lovely hosts. And the property is beautiful - typical Hindu Bali architecture. I’m definitely going to stay here should I visit Bali again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Good experience here.The pros: spacious, clean and comfortable room, welcoming staff, efficient and quiet ceiling fan, good pressure in the shower, decent lighting, good value for money, very good location (right in the city center), etc.Cons: lack of sockets (only two sockets and only near the bed), very weak internet connection (I had to use my cellular data throughout my stay), no soap or shower gel provided, no air conditioning (but the fan on the ceiling was efficient and quiet), lacks a little sound insulation (you can hear a little bit of vehicles from the neighboring street), etc.In short, I recommend this accommodation (unless the wifi connection is crucial for you). The location and value for money are very good.

Stayed here on 2 occasions, it’s the cheapest & best place to stay in Ubud, the rooms are very clean & the owners are friendly. If you need wi fi, try not to get room number 1, it is terrible signal & never works from that room
