The hotel has a very nice courtyard with flowers and nice seating. The rooms are large and quite well equipped. Breakfast was good and available from 8-10am. A parking space is available at the end of the property. A reservation is not possible but we were lucky. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is quite quiet but restaurants and shops are not far away. There is no bar in the hotel, so you have to be prepared for that. I would have been happy to have a kettle in the room to make tea.

Price performance doesn't fit at all! If you're on a par with the downtown hotels Hilton and Steigenberger in terms of price, you should at least get something close to the hotels. We booked the room to stay overnight in the Neustadt. approx. 950.00 € 2 double rooms two nights plus 15.00 € per person per day breakfast. No room service (it was in the small print when booking) but that's to be expected for the price. Room was so small that you could barely walk around the double bed. Bathroom was very small. TV the size of a laptop. Room and bathroom facilities are of normal to low standard, no refrigerator, no air conditioning, no information folders, no elevator. Parking spaces were available to a limited extent. (but all occupied) You had to search in the open traffic area, which turned out to be very difficult. The quality of the breakfast was good, but the selection was rather limited. The pictures on Booking are cleverly taken and are deceptive. Conclusion Anyone who puts themselves at the level of the big ones should also play in “this league”. At a reasonable price the hotel would be acceptable.

Rooms are sufficiently large, functionally furnished, simple but tasteful. Cleanliness in the bathroom was unfortunately inadequate, especially the shower/shower tray...Absolute “no go”: leaving your suitcases on the day of departure after checking out. Explicit question with confirmation that collection is possible until 4 p.m. at the reception, and then: 12 p.m. - no one at the reception, no access and no one to reach……. Gets weird with DB connection...Service staff “nice”, but somehow awkward and overwhelmed…. Too bad

Very cozy hotel. Rooms are a bit small and a bit warm in summer. We came in with a cell phone app, so neither check in nor check out is necessary. Parking is not recommended, it is better to park outside, it is cheaper. The absolute highlight was the location. You can walk to the best spots in Dresden... both in the new town and in the old town.

Great location in relation to all sights, but at the same time in a quiet area. Located close to a great park where jogging, picnicking and relaxation are possible.

Check out my review below! In addition, there is a super small TV in the room, no refrigerator, no blackout on the window, no elevator, no bottle of water in the room and that with over €200 per night and an additional breakfast of €15.00.....is in comparison City center hotels with appropriate quality are just a joke!BUT....the presentation online is well done!🫡
