Firmly in Czech hands. For communication, knowledge of English or a translation app is an advantage. The German hotel staff's knowledge of German is poor. Simple breakfast, diluted juice or children's drink packets. Two types of sausage and one type of cheese every day, always the same

We stayed there for 4 days. Room was okay. We had half pension. But this was a bad decision. Diner was poor. I would say: Don't use your lunch or diner in this hotel. Breakfast was oké. Althoug our stay in general was not okay.... I gave two stars for the room and the breakfast that I would recommend when you just look for a B&B.

No German-speaking staff, food comes 1/5 hour late, and a 0.5 liter bottle of beer for 4 euros is a disgrace and then it's not even out of the barrel

We have been to the Ladenmühle very often.Hiking weekend vacation and lunch.Very nice area and great food.Recommended! Unfortunately no longer recommended after changing operator. Staff doesn't speak German, breakfast is inadequate because no refills are made. Waiting time for coffee 20 minutes. Mac Donald's flair. It's a shame but we won't be coming back.

Attention: no COFFEE, no breakfast, no SERVICERoom ok but that's all. Drinks are only available from the vending machine... Apparently there are 0 staff on site. I would like to give minus 5 stars for the breakfast because there is no bread, no rolls, no eggs, no COFFEE!!! You could have eaten the sausage and cheese out of your hand... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Were there with the motorcycles in July 2024. Room and breakfast OK. Drinks and dinner can only be booked via a terminal and prepayment. Every second meal was faulty. The food had the quality of a fast food restaurant but meant higher prices. Unfortunately there were no German-speaking staff on site either. However, the dining room is under video surveillance.

Be careful, the photos of the hotel have a swimming pool, but in fact there is no swimming pool. The owners do not seem to delete them on purpose, misleading people.This happened to us too, a very unpleasant situation.

A very nice hotelBut we can't really recommend it for eatingAnyone who arrives at short notice will be full.Unfortunately, the snack food is nothing for these pricesDue to a lack of staff, food and drinks are served at the vending machine.Too expensive and very simple in terms of taste, but at least there is something.Cold but simple bottled beer for €4 to €4.50 to get yourself is too expensive.We as locals gave the new operator a chance today.The 10 of us had a very nice evening.Unfortunately, we won't repeat that here.Although we are happy that the hotel is continuing after a change of operator.Personal service had to be El. Okay to stay overnight, for a longer period of time, very spartan. A little understanding of technology is helpful for check-in. The same applies to the restaurant. Everything via terminals, as is now common at McDonalds. Not really for old people like us.😎

This was our fourth and last time there. The hotel is in a very nice location, the rooms are OK. Since we are traveling on motorbikes, we look forward to a nice meal and two or three beers there in the evening. This time there is only self-service, overpriced bad food and a very mediocre breakfast. What a shame!

A hotel simply clean with nice soft beds. The furniture is a bit old which didn't bother us at all. We were only here for one night and could have lasted longer because the bathroom is nice and the rooms are big enough. Check-in wasn't that easy because guests had switched it to English and we didn't understand them. The owner can't do anything about it. Was resolved very quickly over the phone.Nevertheless, we can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

This is our fourth time here for a long weekend.After the change of ownership, the restaurant is completely out of the question!!! Rarely eaten so badly for so much money.Self-service and ordering via terminals is still possible, but convenience food and then poorly done. Of the 8 meals at the table, not one was really warm, for example fish and chips for €17 with mayo instead of homemade tartar sauce like on the menu.Ok, the rooms are ok and clean. Unfortunately, it was the last time!

Just underground... we're from the area and were only there for dinner. So I can't say anything about the rooms/hotel.Food and drinks must be ordered and paid for at a self-service terminal (like in a fast food restaurant). You then have to take drinks out of the fridge yourself. 4.5€ for a bottled beer is simply cheeky. The food was lukewarm frozen food, carelessly thrown onto the plate. Prices are then quoted that are absolutely disproportionate. Unworthy. We won't be coming back.

The visit to the shop mill was okay. Friendly staff. Rooms are also good. But there is a lack of communication. After the change of ownership, the food is no longer as good, so a few points are deducted. Service is only via terminal and no waiter, it is more self-service. In a way, it's a very good idea. Maybe something needs to be improved. The location of the hotel is great and very quiet at night. A small stream behind the hotel is also very nice.

We were in the hotel with a group of motorcyclists and had booked half board.The rooms are clean and functional, only the water pressure in the shower could have been better. The breakfast was extensive and good.But the service and dinner were subpar.The drinks are relatively expensive, e.g. beer 0.5l 4€, cola 0.3l 4€, ordered and paid for via screens like at Mc Donalds and you get the drinks yourself from the fridge.We sometimes waited 1.5 hours for schnitzel with fries.The dinner is mostly frozen food. The prices for dinner that do not have half board have no relation to the price.The bar closes at 9 p.m.What is absolutely incomprehensible to me is that there are around 40 people with motorcycles staying overnight in the house.We then got drinks and sat down in the next house where we also slept in the evening.Apparently the sales made in the evening are not that important.We had booked before the change of ownership in the winter.Apparently, after the change of ownership, the service and quality in the restaurant decreased significantly.
