The hotel is located right in the center of Chemnitz, exactly opposite and only separated from the town hall by a small park, so it is perfectly located for attending events there.I have previously reserved a parking space in my own parking garage.The staff was very friendly and tried hard.The breakfast is okay and completely sufficient.The rooms are functionally furnished.We had a room facing the street and due to the many “new fellow citizens” who, as we all know, cannot communicate/behave calmly and normally, it was quite loud and had lots of blue lights.But the hotel can't do anything about these conditions.We would book the hotel again.

I had a relaxing holiday in Tenerife from November to early December. 2023.This was simply the best promotion for me.

The lack of air conditioning is quite a big disadvantage, especially in hot summer

First of all, the positive: The room was large enough for 3 people and with no unnecessary things, rather practical and well thought out (minimalist) furnishings.The staff was friendly and nice so far.-------------------------Unfortunately, there were also a number of no-go's (which is why I definitely won't come back again):- The cables were sticking out of the hairdryer, which I see as a high safety risk or even more life-threatening- I was assured by phone that there was a refrigerator in the room, which actually existed, but it didn't work -> My roommates in the room had already checked in on Friday and reported this. The refrigerator should be repaired or replaced. When I arrived Saturday afternoon, nothing of the sort had happened. I asked reception to fix the problem as the food I had brought with me urgently needed to be refrigerated. You want to take care of it. When we got back to the room around 11 p.m. nothing had happened. The refrigerator was still broken, no one could be contacted anymore because there was no one at the reception, etc. We put the food at the open window so that it was at least a little cool overnight...- But the bird was shot the next morning: I had called twice weeks ago and wanted to order a vegan breakfast due to many intolerances - since it is offered by the hotel itself.On the first phone call they said this had been noted, the second time I called to ask if there was a fridge, I was told there was a kind of buffet and they had vegan spreads etc. there. There should even be oat milk. Then on Sunday morning the surprise: nothing vegan! Well, wait a minute, not quite: there were cucumbers, melons and other fruits and vegetables - but no one gets tired of them! Since I was skeptical from the start, I don't know why, it was just a feeling, I generally brought something to eat with me, which actually should have been in the fridge. I then ate the focaccia, falafel balls and muffins I had brought with me for breakfast and then went to reception and had my breakfast canceled - which was done without any problem.The staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly and nice, but the gentleman looked at me extremely shocked when I asked for vegan spreads and dismissed me with a "No, we don't have that...". The young colleague tried to convince me of lactose-free milk, Nutella and other milk-containing products and I repeated several times that I cannot and will not consume dairy products under any circumstances because I cannot tolerate foods that contain eggs. I was looked at helplessly and then left standing...So, as mentioned above, I went to the reception. The lady was friendly, but didn't really understand - it probably wasn't her fault either... Regarding the broken fridge, she told me that they were having this problem a lot at the moment and that I had to leave the things I had brought with me IN the kitchen and put them in the fridge can put. Well, I worked in the catering industry for a year and know that for hygiene reasons, it is DEFINITELY NOT allowed to put guests' food in the containers for the food offered by a hotel. I was stunned, but didn't say anything about it. I told the employee that I wanted a discount and that it would be nice if she would at least take out breakfast, as I had almost nothing of it - except for a black coffee... She took it out and I paid about 11 euros less...----------------------If you don't need a fridge in your room, don't have food intolerances and want to be in the center quickly and easily, the hotel is recommended.Our room faced the street and was quite loud, but nobody at the hotel could do anything about that. So don't forget ear plugs or, best of all, have a very deep sleep...The staff was nice so far, not really solution-oriented, but friendly.

Definitely the location for visiting the city.|The bathroom is small and without the possibility of leaning on it for necessities, the shower inevitably wets the entire sink area. …

Very friendly staff, good value for money, centrally located and a great breakfast!

Great downtown hotel.Very clean rooms with shower and toilet. Quietly located in the city in a commercial building and yet in the middle of public events and life. Best shopping in the area.
