Nice large room, double bed and sofa with table and chair nicely furnished. Large closet in the next room. Classic shower tray bathroom with the less great plastic curtain. Unfortunately the duvets were far too thick and warm.Despite requesting a room close to the elevator, it was 6 doors away 🩼Breakfast buffet normal with the usual candidates, unfortunately a bit spread out on the ground floorStaff/reception very friendlyConclusion quite ok

A nice hotel in a place that has been abandoned due to the decline of industry. My single room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very rich.

4 star hotel? Unfortunately, I couldn’t witness this. Arrived at the hotel at 20:30hrs and the front desk was not manned. Had to self check in with the smallest keyboard ever. The room was ok but for a 4 star hotel, there shouldn’t be damage on the bed where the guest cringes when they put their head on the bed backboard. (See photo). Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t that good either due to the cooked items not being replenished. All in all the hotel was fine for one night.

Very well maintained hotel. Rooms very clean and pleasant. Extra couch with table and armchair. Even a kettle and cups available. Breakfast very good. Overall impression very good. Little mango, unfortunately WiFi didn't work at all.The hotel itself also has a restaurant, the food is very good.

We are at home in Weißwasser and visited the hotel because I invited my guests to a great breakfast for my birthday. Perfect breakfast with everything your heart desires. Here you can eat with class and sophistication. Thank you again for making my breakfast possible despite the many guests. The city beach and Bistro34 are also worth a visit. Keep it up 👍🏻

Clean hotel with free parking in front of the house. At breakfast I would have expected a larger selection at a 4 star hotel, unfortunately there was no bacon for scrambled eggs at 8:00 a.m. Huge + point, the house still has a single smoking room, which will probably be eliminated after the next renovation upon request. My appeal: At a time when every little complaint from minorities is taken into account, don't forget the smokers!

A prefabricated hotel. I was skeptical when booking, but was proven wrong. The room on the 4th floor was very spacious and there was a small refrigerator in the hallway.A broken light bulb was replaced immediately. The two ladies at breakfast were from Poland with little knowledge of German, but made up for it with their friendliness.It was funny that "Radio Hamburg" was playing in the background in the breakfast room... and that in Upper Lusatia...

All in all the hotel is ok, what I haven't understood yet is the room service, last week I had a day where my room wasn't cleaned and again this week.I always use my towels 2 days before I put them on the floor to change and today they were still on the floor in the evening...Ok, I should have seen the flyer in the room about not being cleaned daily…

I have from March 11th. - 13.03.24 spent in the hotel and was very enthusiastic about the room, service and food. I highly recommend it.
