The rooms are perfect. There is a star deduction for the service because the hotel bar was not open in the evening and parking costs 5 euros extra. The location is right next to the train station, but it's not loud. For me, the Kaiserhof is the best accommodation in the city

Disappointing experienceThe hotel did not meet my expectations in any way. Contrary to advertising, there was no hotel bar and the restaurant was completely closed. The worst thing, however, was the reception, which was only open for a single hour a day. This made it virtually impossible to ask questions or solve problems.The lack of facilities and poor service significantly affected my stay.I don't think it's justified to charge the full price per night for this.I feel deceived by the misleading advertising and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately I can only rate the non-existent service. With Booking I could have booked a night on the same day. We were there at 7 p.m. All doors closed. Although there is a sign that says reception is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. So I called the emergency number, which is pinned to all doors. They would have closed. There were clearly guests in the hotel. It's a shame because the pictures looked very inviting.

We had a very great, large room with a view of the inner courtyard. Room booked for 3 people. Breakfast was really great and there was something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and in a good mood (that's rare) and the ladies enjoyed their work. Rooms clean and modernly equipped. We can go to the Goitzsche Festival again next year 🤘

The two of us stayed there for a weekend in a normal double room. The hotel is newly renovated and modernly furnished. Our fairly small room had a nice large bathroom. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, we should have booked one in July (which is also available). Maybe the service staff could pull the curtains before arrival so that the room doesn't heat up so much. The room also faced the street and the train station directly opposite. That's why it wasn't possible to sleep with the window open; you're awake from five in the morning. The breakfast was completely fine, you could order fresh egg dishes. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. For a total of €250, the price-performance ratio could be improved somewhat. Nevertheless, you can recommend the hotel.

Rather simple business hotel, but clean and well maintained. Good breakfast, very good cappuccino machine. The kitchen fulfills special requests. City within walking distance, free parking spaces nearby.Would book again - the rooms with balconies are nice.
