I always enjoy coming to your house. I'm always amazed at how everything works so wonderfully. I know this doesn't happen on its own. I wish the Schumann family continued strength for the challenges ahead.

Wonderful break, delightful service through and through. I can really recommend it, even if it is expensive, we will definitely come back and enjoy the peace and quiet. I've been in the restaurant business for a long time myself and I can't usually go anywhere without encountering unpolished glass or misaligned cutlery (OK, Al Forno might still have to work on that, but there was a bit of a hectic evening there too) or a misaligned piece of cutlery I see a laid tablecloth or something else like that. I found NOTHING here! Everything was perfectly clean, the service was really great and a blessing for anyone who appreciates good gastro!Everything I'm writing now is really personal icing on the cake wishes/comments:First and most important point: I would declare the entire wellness area a bathrobe zone so that you don't have to squeeze into a cold, wet swimsuit every time you want to go into the pool. Brrr, cold, wet, wow... that meant I was only in the pool twice...😅 And a note about this on the website would also be good, but maybe I overlooked it.In general, I didn't understand the point of dividing areas into clothing-free areas and areas where swimsuits should be worn, since everyone meets in the sauna again without clothing. 🤔 What added value does this regulation have and for whom? I would therefore find the variant that is common in many saunas: textile-free in the sauna and pool but walking/sitting around with a bathrobe/towel much more pleasant and also more hygienic. The few “pool only” guests can certainly cope with this. We were actually a bit surprised by the swimsuit rule because we simply assumed that a sauna with a pool was always clothing-free.One more infusion in the morning would be my second wish, the first one starts at 1 p.m. How about at 11?Third suggestion/request: more vegan savory food. Somehow there was a lot of sweet and sausage, which was all very tasty. But as a vegan you want to eat more than salad. We also eat meat/cheese etc. but always try to consume as little of it as possible.Great plus point at the buffet: little plastic packaging, a lot in small jars, glass bottles with fresh water everywhere instead of bought plastic bottles. Great, sustainable and beautifully thought out.The only really irritating moment: When we were shown the drinking fountain that passes water through various (semi-)precious stones, sorted by zodiac sign and claimed that this was particularly healthy water and that we should try our zodiac sign. It has long been proven that these are esoteric superstitions and there are no scientific studies that prove the effectiveness of such practices. Not that I want to get rid of it now, it fits perfectly into the ambience of the Roman thermal baths. But I would like some indication that this is folklore/esotericism, it was presented as if there actually was an effect and there are supposed to be people who believe something like that to be true.Otherwise, really big praise to the wellness team. We were warmly welcomed and well looked after. The infusions were excellent with good scents, individual towel waving and we were able to really recharge our batteries. We would love to come back!

Nice, but far away from the luxury that they want to offer (and that we expected). The basics may be right, but I miss looking at the details - lots of details - and a lot of things seemed almost careless.Service was very good overall, but it could be better in the wellness area. Food in the Weberstube was good, solid I would say...We couldn't gather any arguments for a repeat, but others may see it differently...- Despite the golden autumn with almost 20 degrees, no cushions on the loungers by the pool. Everything already seemed winter-proof, as did the outside area of the nude area... pure sadness.- also no cushions on the seats outside in the sun in the daytime restaurant, which had to be covered upon request.- only telephone orders for drinks in the spa, that has nothing to do with luxury,- only 4 infusions a day, no possibility to infuse something yourself. Not enough for luxury. The infusions were full and we couldn't get in anymore. Afterwards it would have been nice to wipe the benches, which were soaking wet with sweat when we wanted to get in.- no drinking water or anything similar in the nude area, you had to go out again because the water point was unsightly. (storage glasses)- We were talked out of Rhassoul in the late afternoon, "it would be too late now, it would be better for the morning"??- I found the bio sauna, infrared sauna and sea climate to be very small, the latter a bit bland.- no indication of the underwater button to start the whirlpool.- I found ice fountains a bit unhygienic because guests kept taking ice in their hands, rubbing the ice on their faces and, for lack of an alternative, throwing the remaining ice back into the fountain. Not a tasty idea.- The sudatorium was nice, pleasantly large...and the outdoor poolWell, nice...

Very nice and luxurious wellness hotel. The rooms in the new area are beautiful and the newer wellness area is also very attractively designed. The old wellness area is also very beautiful and has a great charm. We would have found it nicer if these two areas were closer to each other and followed a similar (optical) concept. However, that is complaining at a high level. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. The gourmet restaurant Juwel is a special highlight!

We were there for 4 nights over the weekend. It's simply magnificent. Every wish will be fulfilled. You feel welcome and cared for. We will make the hotel our regular hotel. The 7-course meal at Juwel was a true event. Tobias Heldt knows his craft. Exceptional flavors meet exceptional wine. It was just great.

We really liked the wellness area and the service was extremely friendly. We had a very nice suite in the lake wing. We didn't find the hardness of the mattresses to be quite as nice - far too soft for us - which is why we didn't get a restful sleep. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, as it can only be rated as "ordinary" for a hotel of this category. It was also irritating that egg dishes had to be paid for separately (which was a completely new experience for us).
