Super nice hotel, really great rooms. Service friendly, breakfast delicious, BUT the flooring in the rooms does not correspond to the price in terms of hygiene. I sometimes found it disgusting to walk on it barefoot. It also smelled very bad when I entered the room. Well, that went away with proper ventilation, but I didn't want to do that in winter. The very friendly employee who I reported this to the next day when asked said that everything had just been cleaned and that the smell could be coming from the drain. That statement doesn't make me particularly happy, because the picture speaks for itself and fortunately you can't smell it. I would travel to the hotel again if it was clean and at least odorless, because otherwise it is well thought out and nice there.

Hammer Hotel; The rooms are designed really cool (I had the south-facing Alpine view room) 👍🏻😎The inner courtyard is also incredibly cozy and completely quiet.The breakfast room in the old pharmacy is also very nice and the breakfast was also great.Very friendly staff.I am also very positively surprised by Bautzen. Really worth seeing 🤩The lack of air conditioning - I was there at the beginning of September (30 degrees during the day and almost no cooling at night) - is of course a drawback; but the entire hotel concept is so cool that I can ignore the two tropical nights 😉If I have anything to do in Bautzen again, I'll definitely go to Moments again 🤩

Very nice, well-kept, small hotel with friendly and considerate staff in the middle of Bautzen. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the highlights of the old town that are really worth seeing. The large, perfectly designed and absolutely clean room with terrace made it difficult for us to leave 😀. We more than enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the old town. There are parking spaces in front of the door, but you have to pay for them, but we had no problems finding a parking space.The decor, the service, the breakfast, everything was perfect.The only downer is that the restaurant that is still run on the hotel side is permanently closed.

Very chic boutique hotel, friendly staff, good starting point to explore the city. Our room just heated up a lot during the day, so it was very warm in the room. Breakfast was too expensive for us at €22 per person. We used one of the surrounding cafes.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Bautzen. The lobby, the halls, corridors and the restaurant are lovingly and stylishly furnished, and the fact that the old elements of the pharmacy have been preserved makes your stay something special. From arrival to departure we had a very nice stay over the Christmas holidays. The British Island room does what it promises. Very large and spacious with a very comfortable bed, desk with stylish chair and shelves/wardrobe with enough storage space. The bathroom is large with a walk-in shower and everything else you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Small wishes were fulfilled immediately. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was striking. The breakfast and brunch were very plentiful and delicious. Many thanks to the entire staff and for the little touches, we would be happy to come back and can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

We checked into this hotel spontaneously and only wanted to stay one night but ended up extending it because we liked it so much. We had the British room which was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, everything was super clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and vegan was also no problem for me at breakfast. Even in the associated restaurant, vegan was not a problem for dinner. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for this unforgettable stay.

A super interesting hotel, with a nice atmosphere (in the rooms of an old pharmacy). The room was quite large, specially designed according to the room theme and yet modern at the same time. Bathroom was clean and modernly furnished. Very nice employees with a great willingness to serve. Breakfast was delicious, with freshly made scrambled eggs and a few things that were out. We'd love to come back. The only criticism is the price of breakfast, which at around €19 per person is quite expensive considering what is on offer. LG

A great hotel in the heart of Bautzen with a family atmosphere and great individual rooms. The bathrooms are a very pleasant size, the furnishings are modern and the beds are super comfortable! There is a half point deduction for breakfast (selection and rolls) but I still felt very comfortable and will of course come back!
