The positive first: The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, accommodating and always in a good mood. It deserves 6 stars for that. The hotel also has a great location. The rooms and interior are outdated, but clean and intact. But now the negative: The hotel advertises a SPA area and that is of course also a booking decision. But this is a disaster. The water in the indoor pool is really cold, even the whirlpool is not heated. The Finnish sauna barely reaches 70 degrees because the door doesn't close. In addition, everything is in extreme need of renovation. The bathroom opens at 6 a.m. but had not been cleaned at 7:30 a.m. This is a very, very unfortunate thing. But under these circumstances we will probably give our colleagues on the Czech side a chance next time.

The best thing here was the super nice, cheerful restaurant manager, Ms. Mildner-Sebastian, the entertaining bartender and the beautiful view.The worst thing here was the spa area. The water in the swimming pool and hot tub are cold. When we asked reception about the water temperature, the only response was that there was nothing we could do about it - unbelievable. The only sauna was only 70 degrees and the door didn't close properly. On Sundays at 7:45 a.m. there were no fresh towels and it wasn't tidied or cleaned, although you can go swimming from 6:00 a.m.You can also visit the salt cave for 4.50 euros per person without registering, as the door is always open. This is handled very carelessly. A little attention to the paying customer would be nice here. Overall, the spa area urgently needs investment.There are different modern or old interiors in the rooms. Of course we had old interiors because we used an offer from another provider.At checkout, Ms. Hertelt is not interested in how the stay was.Conclusion: If you want to book this hotel because of the spa area, you should leave it alone.

We liked the hotel. Very friendly staff in all areas. Breakfast is good and sufficient, dinner (à la carte) is very tasty... Room furnishings are a bit older but everything is very clean!Conclusion: We would love to come back!

Overall, the hotel is in a great location but could be completely renovated, especially in the rooms and swimming pool area.Sauna costs extra, salt cave costs extra and both can only be booked between 5 and 7 p.m.The swimming pool water is cold and the water in the whirlpool is just as cold and cannot be heated.The rooms are okay, but there are no ceiling lights. The lighting is implemented via switchable sockets.The service is very good. You will be served quickly and will not be forgotten or overlooked.

I haven't even been there yet and I'm already thrilled. The hotel sells vouchers and when you want to book, you get a rude awakening. Several months are simply blocked. The "friendly" gentleman at the reception then tells you briefly because they charge more money in the months.I mean, I still understand supply and demand, but then you have to specify it beforehand when purchasing the voucher. When I pointed this out to him, he just hung up. So stay away from anything this hotel has to offer.

We stayed at the Panorama Hotel for 2 nights with our 2 year old daughter.We liked it very much.Unfortunately we weren't so lucky with the weather, but the hotel's pool made us forget the weather.The staff was always friendly and helpful. We got an extra bed in our room and were allowed to borrow swimming wings and swimming arms.We can highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

Now that it's getting on in years, it's very fitting. The rooms are ready so we urgently need to spend money. The toilet was new but the glasses didn't fit. There is definitely a chance of falling off the toilet.The food was good, homely and good. The breakfast was also OK. However, I wouldn't stay again.

Our room had no curtains. I told the staff at the counter about this twice, unfortunately without any response.The very small room was unusually furnished. The windows were very dirty. The door to the balcony urgently needs to be oiled. Breakfast was very good. We had dinner in the house once. It wasn't good, we ate somewhere else on the second evening. The location of the hotel was good. The ambience urgently needs to be improved.

We booked 2 nights for a wellness break using an Animot voucher. When we moved into the room after checking, we were literally speechless. No trace of feeling good or relaxing.So we decided to ask at reception whether we could possibly move to the main building. The rooms there also at least have a balcony.We were then only told that this would involve an immense surcharge.Without asking why, why, why.Of course we would have accepted the extra charge. But first we wanted to take a look at the wellness area. The next disappointment.So we decided we would spend one night in our (I would like to say fitter's accommodation).The next morning we checked out. The only thing that came up was that we had booked for 2 nights.Again we didn't ask if we weren't happy with anything. Regardless, the room was already paid for anyway.Unfortunately, in order to write a review you have to give at least 1 star.However, it is not deserved.
