Are here for the third time now. Although we always booked the same room type, the rooms kept getting bigger. This time we got a room on the third floor, even with an extra bed. Minibar filled as always, unfortunately not cooled. Check-in was quick. Parking space was no longer available, now standing in the Sparkasse parking lot. We only ever need the hotel to sleep because our daughter lives in Dresden and her apartment is too small. We like coming here, the price is crucial, this time only €39

Upon arrival it was not possible to write an invoice at reception. Despite stipulating 38 on the pass, the lady could not transfer the data correctly. I should then enter it on the hotel computer!!! First room was without light. The switches didn't work. There was only one ceiling floodlight for 2 rooms. It didn't have its own switch. So in order to have light you had to go through the dark room and plug the plug into the floor-level socket. In the bedroom there were only the bedside lamps. Complaint - New room. As an apology there was free breakfast. Oh well. The second room was also really bright, but better than room 1. The hallway in front of the room was so dark that you could only insert the room card by feeling. Night access is only possible with a code. Nobody had told me that. So stand in front of the door for 20 minutes and knock. After a phone number was found, my booking was not found. Only after I told the employee on the phone that there were two hotels in the chain in Dresden and whether he was looking at the right hotel. Afterwards the booking was found, but it would probably be looked at in the wrong hotel... The next morning the hallway was vacuumed at 6:30 a.m. Also nice... The service was subpar. As if the hotel was run by beginners.

The hotel has a very good price-performance ratio. Our room was large and completely adequately equipped. The location is great for those who want to sleep close to the airport. The city itself is easy to reach by local transport, but is about 38 minutes away.

The room was really nice to look at at first glance, but when you look closer there were defects such as three out of four lights in the room had no bulbs, the trash can in the bathroom had a lot of old stains and the refrigerator door was half broken.There was a bar in the lobby but it only served soft drinks and beer, no cocktails.

Room is clean, but the smell of smoke is not great as a non-smoker, it needs some renovation, but all in all ok. The airport is also within walking distance.

My wife and I had a good stay at Dormero Hotel Dresden Airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the value it offered in the form of a clean, spacious room and basic amenities. There was ample parking on the main road, and the neighbourhood was quiet. The only downside was the expensive breakfast option (€18/person).

The staff very friendly and accommodating. It was ok for one night, I could also lie down without my pillow, otherwise ok for the price, it was €53 for 2 people. paid and you can't ask for anything luxurious. It's getting a bit old, the sink faucet and the sink should be replaced

I spent one night here in transit. The room was a bit old, but clean and well maintained. Drinks in the minibar are free and the receptionist was friendly. There are free parking spaces on site, only the door to the hallway is a bit thin, so I was woken up in the morning by very loud mechanics.

I've never felt so uncomfortable. When we checked in 2 hours later, we were told our room wasn't tidy and we had to wait about 15 minutes so we could go up to the third floor with the wrong card. We put the things down and got out. When we went to sleep in the evening, we discovered a lot of silverfish in the room and in other family members' rooms. All in all, it didn't give us a clean, tidy impression, but our entire suitcase is now full of silverfish and we now have to spend the night here. We wouldn't even go to the hotel for free!Employees weren't friendly or helpful either.

The room was nice and clean. We have had to face an unpleasant situation coming back after 23 because there isn't any staff after that time and all doors are locked; the problem has been that the electronic keypad for opening a side door on the ground floor is broken and therefore impossible to open any door. We have had to call a number that is written on the automatic main entrance door: after 15', a young guy, who works in the hotel, arrived to try opening any door, but being without any key, he was unsuccessful. I finally found a slightly hidden side door that had been left partially open to allow access as the keypad was out of order, but without informing all guests about the problem.

Staying at this hotel was a big disappointment!! One star is still too many for the rating! We wanted to arrive at night, which we had communicated several times in writing and verbally, because the reception is no longer staffed after 11 p.m. We were assured that the room cards were at the reception. When we arrived nothing was prepared. We used an emergency number to call an employee who was obviously based in Berlin and was only moderately willing to help us. We then looked for room tickets at reception so we could finally go to sleep after an eight-hour drive. To date, the hotel has neither responded to my message on the answering machine (no one picked up on the day of arrival), nor to my email, let alone offered any words of apology. Even the day after, no one could be reached by phone. This hotel is a ghost hotel, we didn't see a single employee until we left. Hands off!!

Excellent stay! The room was cozy, bed was comfortable, clean, huge bathroom with running water.Everything was just lovely. The people working there understand service and really made us feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend it!It’s also a quick 15 minute tram ride into the city!
